About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 14 years through fostering, pet sitting, dog walking, and volunteering with animal shelters. I’ve spent more than 10 years volunteering with shelters and also have experience helping train service animals, which has taught me so much about patience, consistency, animal behavior, and adapting to each pet’s individual personality and needs. I’m comfortable caring for pets of all ages and energy levels, from playful puppies who need extra attention, exercise, and structure to senior pets who prefer a slower pace and a little extra patience and TLC. I know how important it is to feel completely comfortable with the person caring for your pet. I truly treat every animal as if they were my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, exercise, enrichment, and companionship while they’re with me. I’m most available on evenings and weekends, and I always make sure I have plenty of time to give each pet the attention, exercise, and care they need. I live in a house with plenty of space for pets to feel comfortable and settle in. I’m very mindful about safety, routines, feeding instructions, and each pet’s individual needs. I also have a friendly 6-year-old cat who is comfortable around other animals. I’m happy to use a crate if that is part of your dog’s normal routine, and I always do my best to keep pets feeling safe, relaxed, and at home.

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life, including a Black Lab, Miniature Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd. Being around such different breeds has taught me that every dog has their own personality, energy level, quirks, and way of showing you what they need. I also have hands-on experience caring for dogs in my family. I regularly help care for my sister’s two dogs—a 1-year-old Corgi and a 13-year-old English Bulldog. Having both a young, energetic dog and a senior dog has given me an appreciation for how different their needs can be. One may want to play, explore, and keep you moving, while the other may need a slower pace, extra patience, comfort, and a little more attention. I also frequently care for a French Bulldog in my family when his dad needs someone he trusts to look after him. I truly enjoy getting to know each dog individually and learning their routines, personalities, favorite activities, and little quirks. I also have experience caring for Ozzie, my mom’s boyfriend’s 7-year-old Whoodle. Spending time with Ozzie has given me even more experience caring for an adult dog with his own personality, routines, and preferences. I enjoy taking the time to learn what makes each dog comfortable and happy rather than assuming every dog needs the same type of care. And of course, I can’t forget Mochi, my boyfriend’s approximately 5-year-old Chihuahua-Terrier mix. Mochi is another special part of my life and has given me even more experience getting to know a dog’s individual personality, routines, habits, and quirks. Caring for him has also taught me that sometimes the smallest dogs have the biggest personalities! What makes pet care special to me is that I don't look at it as simply a job or a checklist of feeding, walking, and letting a pet outside. Your pets are family, and I want them to feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while you're away. I’m naturally very patient, attentive, and nurturing with animals. I pay attention to the little things—whether a dog needs some extra exercise, some quiet time, reassurance in a new situation, or simply someone to sit beside them and give them some love. I’m also comfortable giving pets the time and space they need to warm up to me rather than expecting them to immediately feel comfortable. Whether your pup is a playful youngster, a laid-back senior, or somewhere in between, I’ll take the time to understand what makes them happy and make their care feel as close to home as possible. And because I’m a lifelong animal lover, I genuinely believe that four little paws come with a whole lot of love—and deserve a whole lot right back. My schedule is currently flexible, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care. I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week, including weekends when available. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual routine and make sure they receive the attention, exercise, companionship, and care they need. I communicate openly with pet parents and do my best to be dependable and flexible with scheduling. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I’m also very mindful about doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions, and keeping pets safely supervised. About: I've had at least one pet for my entire life, and always helped to take care of them. I've taken care of puppies, all the way up to elderly dogs. I am currently in the process of applying to jobs, so my schedule might be a little wonky for a while, but I can always try to work things out! My own two dogs sleep in their crates at bedtime. And my cat is terrified of the dogs, so she stays in my room in the basement while the dogs roam the rest of the house.

About: I have over 25 years of experience watch dogs. The last two years I have been working with the See Eye Foundation as a Puppy Sitter. I sit for puppies 8 weeks to 13 years old, for a single day to over a week. I also have a 12 year-old English Fox Hound that likes to take me on walks/runs daily I am currently retired and this leave me plenty of time to take care of your dog. I am an avid runner and cyclist, so walking or even running with your dog is not a problem I do not have a fenced yard, but I have a 3-acre property where dogs can roam and run. I do have a 120 foot leash that lets the dogs run without fear of them running away. If your dog likes to play fetch or just do a lot of exploring, the yard is ideal for them. I am also available to do multiple daily check ins and walks if the dog prefers to stay at home.

About: I have experience with both younger dogs and elderly dogs. I have specifically worked with senior dogs, who required special care getting around, keeping track of their medication schedule, and their diets. I'm currently working part time and remotely, so I'll have a lot of time to spend with your dogs. I also enjoy taking walks, so I'll make sure your dogs are getting the outside time they need! I have a large fenced in yard at my home, along with plenty of dog toys. I can also crate your dog if needed. There are also a few trails nearby which are easy and engaging for dogs to walk through.

About: Hi. I am a retired public school teacher. Tutoring fishing and traveling takes up a large chunk of my time now but I still have time to hang with the hounds. I absolutely love dogs and have been a multiple dog owner since I was a kid (I'm now in my 50's). I am also the “go to dog watcher/walker” when family and friends are away and hopefully can be for your dog at some time as well. Once I retire I plan on having even greater flexibility and more scheduling for my dog friends and their owners. Currently I have the summer off and have availability Mon through Sunday, mornings, afternoons and evenngs.Once the school year begins again at the end of August I will still be available late afternoons and evenings with boarding options Fri and Sat nights only. I am available for walking, watching and for those interested, boarding at our home. We presently have two dogs, both rescues ( a chihuahua and a whippet hybrid) and a fully fenced in backyard (70’ x 100’) that is very dog friendly and dog secure for those who need an overnight or a doggy day care option. Your dogs will be treated like our own. With love and respect. Our dogs have always been a part of our family and that level of love and care will be extended to any dog I am trusted to care for.

About: I have been a veterinary technician for the last 19 years. I have spent the majority of that time working at a small animal practice, but also worked at an emergency and specialty practice for 4 years during that time as well. During my career, I have dealt with numerous c-sections, geriatric, diabetic, and renal patients. Meaning that, injections, SQ fluid, oral meds, etc, are not a problem.. I have also done pet sitting on the side for many years during this time as well. I have always had a love for animals. I currently own a 9 year old mixed breed dog, as well as a cat, and chinchilla. I have had many pocket pets over the years as well. I currently work full time, overnights only, on the front end of the week. I plan accordingly, to make sure the pets needs are met before and after work shift, and spoil them extra on the days I’m off. I adjust to whatever needs the pet requires, and make our schedules work in sync so that there are no issues with bathroom breaks, or feeding/medications.
