I have volunteered at animal shelters taking dogs for walks and giving them breaks from their kennels. I have availability early mornings, anfternoons, evenings and weekends. About: For many years, I have been the first choice to care for the pets of friends, family, and other families in my community, ranging from small dogs like a cavapoo to large breeds like a mastiff. On top of that, I have owned and cared for my own pets, currently the mama of a 5-year-old lab, the absolute love of my life! I also have experience with other animals like cats and bearded dragons! I am a teacher from September to June, but I have summers off completely and, as a result, I have lots of flexibility with my schedule. About: I have worked at the pet shop in town for almost 5 years. I have learned a lot about nutrition and am here to help with that as well. I have always loved dogs & animals. I have 3 dogs now and use to have cats growing up. I have always helped family/ friends with their pets. My cousins would call me “ the dog whisperer” I am very patient and understanding- a dog sometimes is anxious just like us humans. I think taking time out of the day and using interactive toys is so important for stimulation and keeping them busy. I usually am off on sunday & wednesday. I typically work in the morning until 3pm. Can do walks/feed them/ check in’s on the dogs after work. I have lots of grass outside & a gate inside.I would play with them outside, make sure they have a harness and a longer line ( so they are safe)& take them for walks. I can brush the dogs as well. I do prefer to stop at the clients house. I have 2 dogs at my house - it can be a lot. In the clients house I would first make sure the dog goes outside to the bathroom upon arrival. I would take them for a walk, play with the dogs outside( depending on the gate situation) Make sure they have lots of water, food & i can brush them.

About: I’ve always had a pet in my house! I cared for my mother’s dog full-time during long recovery from back surgery! I have always had deep connections to animals and am patient but eager to gain their trust. I am often told I am too nice, but sometimes kindness and patience can be what someone needs to be a good caregiver. I have worked at East Memphis Pet Hospital & Resort as a Daycare and Kennel worker, and occasionally perform Vet Tech duties such as administering medication, which has taught me a lot about caring for multiple dogs and adapting to each dogs' individual needs. I have also worked for GoDog West Nashville and Morris Animal Inn. To be responsible for another life sometimes means that you have to be flexible, I understand if something comes up last minute, it happens; I will be as flexible as you and your dogs' needs. Your dog will be in good-hearted, caring hands while you are doing what you need to do. Your dogs and their home will be safe, you can leave it to me. I will respond to booking requests with 12-24 hours if not immediately. If something doesn’t work in my schedule I will let you know ahead of time unless there is an emergency. I work Freelance from home (remote), so my hours are flexible. I have obligations with other people and clients but I will make any booking done through the app, if they are accepted and scheduled. Failure to contact about a booking before service will result in a cancellation and YOU will be charged a cancellation fee and will take all responsibility for your pet(s). I treat them with respect, I will not hit or discipline them physically, if you instruct me to do so I will decline and cancel the stay or appointment. I do not tolerate abuse or neglect. I will clean up if they have an accident and my motto is to “leave the house roughly in the same state you came/found it in”. I will use your amenities like washer/dryer/sink/shower/dishwasher if I am staying multiple days or overnight. I will do my best to clean up after myself but I cannot conform to all expectations of perfection. Make sure there are no illegal drugs or weapons in the residence (weapons must be away and sealed in a secure location, if any are in the residence) failure to comply with this will result in an immediate cancellation and it will be on YOU.

About: I have taken care of dogs of every kind from old to young since I was little. I have watched family dogs, and friends dogs both in the comfort of my own home and gone to spend the night at their houses. I’ve also trained my own dogs throughout the years, including potty training, simple commands, and crate training. I am currently working part-time at my job and stay home with my son. I am mainly home except for the weekends. And on the weekends, my husband will be home to help out. I have a fenced in yard and currently only have one dog of my own who is super friendly and very energetic so she will exercise your dog in our front yard. She loves to cuddle and she is crate trained. I also have an extra crate in case dogs need to be created for whatever reason.

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and knew I always wanted to work with them. I’ve always cared for the pets I had growing up which included dogs, cats and guinea pigs! I then started watching friends and family members dogs and cats when they were away. One of my first jobs was at a boarding facility where I cared for and walked dogs!
