About: I grew up with dogs. I don't have any special training but I can walk them, play with them, provide food and water. I can give monthly flea and tick medication. I have a cat and a dog. I work a full time job Monday through Friday until 5:30 pm. I am available nights during the week, anytime after 8 or 9 am weekends & holidays. I can also do afternoon drop ins and dog walks when school is not in session. I will follow your instructions on how to care for your pets and give them lots of love and attention. I will respect your home as if it were mine. For boarding in my house, I do have enough space to keep your pet(s) separate from mine in case they do not get along. I do work from home so your pets won't get lonely.

About: What makes me different? I'm reliable and have my own transportation. I have a rescue cat and a long haired German Shepherd that are both treated very well. I've almost always had dogs and cats of all kinds! I also once owned a horse where I did dressage, show jumping and eventing. I understand what it feels like to leave your animals in someone else's care, and I also feel it's important to leave the pet owner informed along the way. I am comfortable caring for puppies, adult dogs, senior pets, large breeds and cats of all kinds. I can provide walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, litter box care, basic brushing, routine oral or topical medication when clearly instructed and can provide plenty of attention. I understand that good pet care is about much more than putting on a leash or filling a food bowl. Pets have routines, rules and individual needs. I'm comfortable following detailed feeding and walking schedules, caring for pets who are sensitive to the Florida heat, adjusting activities for puppies, seniors and pets with physical limitations or other special considerations. I'll follow the routine you establish for your pet rather than changing what already works. My Army background taught me the importance of being dependable, following instructions and showing up when I say I will. Those qualities matter even more when someone is trusting me with both their pet and their home. I've lived in the New Port Richey area for six years and am active in my local community and city government. I make my own schedule, which gives me a lot of flexibility for walks, feeding, potty breaks and drop in visits throughout the day. I intentionally keep my service area small, so I can spend my time caring for pets rather than driving all over Pasco County. I especially welcome families in the Gulf Harbors and Sea Forest neighborhoods as well as pet owners west of US 19 and downtown New Port Richey. I don't like seeing a pet sitter who lives so far away from the pets in their care. Send me a message if you'd like to meet me and where I could meet your furry family member! I am retired and active, so I can easily accommodate when you need pet care. I love to care for pets and walking dogs is a favorite activity. If your dog doesn't walk, I can also happily push a stroller:-) As a former military officer, trust is SO important to me. I have used Rover myself for about 15 years on and off for my own pets, especially when I was new in town and did not know anyone. I've been lucky to always have a good experience, so plan to offer the same security that your pet is in good hands!

About: I have a wide range of expertise. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, small mammals (Guinea pigs, rats, hamsters, etc.), and even birds. I also work in the veterinary field. I currently work full time at a veterinary office but love taking care of animals outside of work as well. I am home in the morning during the week and home in the afternoons on weekends. I have a fenced in yard, a dog and cat at home, and small children that will definitely keep your babies occupied! I am also able to accommodate special diets/restrictions and medications.

About: I've taken care of a variety of different breeds, I am very active with the dogs. I have 3 years dogs training experience. If you struggle with a fussy high energy dog, or just want your pet to follow basic commands, I'm the sitter/ walker for you! I'm available full time 24/7. I do not require much notice. I'm very flexible with different schedules. I try my best to accommodate dog parents and dog needs. I live on a large 2 acre farm with my husky plenty of room for running. I also take the dogs (with permission) to a large near by open space dog park.

About: Nice to meet you! I’m Lily, a 20 year old in college who loves animals and has had all kinds of pets my whole life! I’ve been caring for my dog Daisy since I was 8 years old and previously worked at a doggy daycare. I have tons of experience with cats as well. I have extensive knowledge on animal behavior and training. I’ve been studying all kinds of animals since I learned to read and I love spending time with my pets and enriching their lives as much as I can! My schedule is super open right now as I’m only doing online college! I’m free to check in with your buddies or petsit long-term pretty much whenever! About: I grew up with family pets around, making me comfortable around all kinds of animals. I began to experience a deep passion for animals and pets, so much so that I got a seasonal job at a pet boarding facility called Pet Paradise. There I was around different dogs and cats all day. Since then, I have been volunteering at the Humane Society of Tampa Bay, walking dogs and hanging out with the cats. I even participated in the Doggie Day Out program at the shelter! I’m pretty much open any day or time! I currently am unemployed and not in school, so I can work on the fly! Very flexible schedule, ready to work for your fur babies! I currently have a dog in the household that can not be around other dogs, but I am more than happy to treat your animal in your own home! I help take care of the dog here by walking and feeding him, I also do the same for the two cats we own!

About: I have been taking care of animals since I was a child. I currently have a 6 year old golden retriever who is trained very well and is fixed. I also have two indoor cats one who is 10 years old and the other who is over a year old, they use the Litter Robot that faces a corner so that the dogs I watch do not eat the feces. My friends trust me with their children and their animals whether it is bathing, walking, administering medicine, feeding, and more. I enjoy feeding my pup treats such as blue berries, bananas, and carrots in moderation. I currently work full time as a dental assistant, Tuesday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to roughly 6 p.m. I am off Saturday to Monday. I can do over night stays during the week as well as the weekends and if you are comfortable with your baby hanging out during the day while I am at work, I'd love to accommodate your needs. I again have a golden retriever and standard poodle as well as two cats to keep your baby company. I am very comfortable with crating if you would like. I also have three children, 3, 5, and 9 whom love and respect animals. I allow pets on furniture, beds, and free roam of the house. My dog is off leash trained but I can leash him as well, he has great manners on leash.

About: I have three years' worth of work experience, with the last two years being at an animal hospital right here in Tampa! I worked as a veterinary assistant for the past two years where I trimmed nails, expressed anal glands, thoroughly cleaned ears, administered medications, preformed sanitary bathes on certain animals, and provided compassionate care. Before that, I worked in a furniture warehouse where I was forced to multitask, problem solve, think critically, perform organization, and communicate properly. I’m currently unemployed but attend an online university, so my schedule is very flexible. As far as animals go, I have two dogs and one cat. Both of my dogs are senior, so I’m used to providing senior type care. I’ve also had reptiles in the past. I have a fenced in yard and a screened in patio as well. My two dogs are both seniors and haven’t paid any attention towards strangers animals in the past. They wouldn’t be an issue.

About: I have over the course of my time in high school have walked and trained large animals like farm animals and now I walk and care for my Girlfriends dog and neighbors dogs all the time and go on constant walks with them to keep them exercised. It would be my main importance of the day and the chore on the top of my list. I always want to put those things first over the other things. I care for animals by giving them lots of love and attention maybe even spoil them a little to much but overall I care for them the way I would want to be treated and make them feel special.

About: I am an avid animal lover! As a dog mom to two high energy pups, I’ve discovered that finding adequate care when needed can be quite difficult. That’s why I have decided to offer my care to others! I’m experienced with a variety of animals and needs, including kittens, turtles, dogs, and specialty medical needs such as daily insulin. I am happy to help with your animals and any needs they may have! As of June 2025, I will have open availability to care for your pets! I will be adjusting my busy schedule as a current teacher, to becoming a stay at home mom to prioritize my children and pets, as well as yours! I can offer drop in care as needed, or can come to you as frequently as you may need! I also have gates, crates, and a beautiful walking path in my neighborhood to offer.
