“We were visiting from out of town and needed someone to watch our dog for a day. Kim and her whole family stepped up to the challenge! I appreciated how comfortable I felt leaving my pup with her. My dog is anxious and doesn't always take to strangers. No problem here. She was chillin' on the couch shortly after arrival. It was wonderful to have the day without worrying about Delilah but having the opportunity to bring her along on the trip and not leave her home for an extended stay with strangers. I would definitely utilize Kim again if the need arose!”

“Martha and Byron are amazing! They took excellent care of Tango and Lily. As soon as I dropped them off, Tango was taken for a walk and Lily roamed free around the house and yard. Throughout the day I received multiple updates with pictures. Martha and Byron knew Tango loves carrots and they provided that for him. Both dogs were entertained and enjoyed their time with Martha, Byron, and their three sons. When we got home, Tango and Lily were so tired that they passed out right away! I'm currently home full-time. Open availability for boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking or drop-in visits. Fully dedicated to my pet sitting/grooming business. Your pups will never be left unattended. Boarding: I have a spacious home with expansive outdoor space that’s fully fenced in. Your pup will have free range (unless non-social). A private suite is available for non-social pups. If your pup is non-social we would just do individual walks instead of backyard potty breaks and outdoor play. Bedding and toys provided.

She is very friendly, clearly a big dog lover, and is very attentive to my dog, Cypria's individual personality, needs, and preferences. Cypria always takes some time to warm up to new places and people, but has been very quickly warming up to Tessa. When Tessa first met Cypria, she even sat down on the floor so that Cypria would feel less intimidated and feel comfortable enough to approach her. I always feel completely at ease leaving my dog with Tessa knowing that she is so well cared for. Tessa also watched my family's Border Collie, Maia, who is incredibly energetic. Maia miraculously came home tired for once and very content after a day with lots of her favorite activity: fetch!”

I have owned and babysat chickens, cats, and dogs since i was little. I am very patient and loving towards animals and would love to care for your fur baby as per your requests while you are away. I work at home full time so I am up early and will spend full days with your pet. Let me know of any special requests and I will be happy to fulfill them! Located in Gurnee IL. I work from home full time and have a highly social and playful dog. During the day your boarded babies will play with Bentley (my dog) and nap on the bed in my office to jazz and classical music. During my break I usually walk my dog midday or late afternoon. If your dog or cat is not boarded, after 11A I am free to pop over and check on your fur babies and spend some time with them. My dog and cats safety at home are a high priority, I keep my home clean and free of anything they might chew or choke on. As well as all chemicals and other hazards showed away in cabinets they are unable to open. For my anxious dog I keep classical music on throughout the house to create a peaceful environment. Your pooch will feel at ease in my home and will always be watched and cared for. I make sure to send plenty of pictures and videos to update you on their mood and how their day is going. Nothing better than getting reassurance that your fur baby is in the best hands!! In your home I will watch them the entire time while they are playing and eating to make sure they are okay and haven’t gotten into any trouble.

About: Welcome to my page! I’m a recent graduate of the sciences that holds a deep passion for animals. When I’m not working my full time job during the week, I love to pass my extra time with as many adorable pets as possible. I currently own a husky, two cats, and a rabbit, but I’ve had experience with many other animals as well, and am always up for the challenge of learning more about animal care. I know leaving pets behind with a stranger can be scary, but I promise I’ll do my best to provide the same level of love and care that they would normally receive. I currently work full time, so pet care is more of a hobby at this point than anything else. For that reason I’m mainly available on weekends with the occasional holiday as well. Just reach out to see if your needs can be met with my schedule. I currently have a small portion of my yard that is fenced in, so dogs can be let out without leash when possible. I also have dog crates to crate pets when necessary to keep them out of trouble during the day, but I will only do that if necessary and if the pet is crate trained. Otherwise I make sure to keep pets in an area where they can’t access anything that would harm them. When in other’s houses, I follow their guidelines to keep pets as safe as possible.

About: Hi! While your gone away you can be sure your dog will get the love and care of a full family, we are up at 7am for a health breakfast and by 9 we’re out to hike a 1.5 mile trail full of wild life and beautiful views for your pup to see and experience. By 11 we’re back home for a bit of rest before lunch. Then comes nap time! The long walk usually tires the doggies out. After a few hrs they are up again for more playtime, usually hands on with the family, games like tug and fetch. This leads us to dinner around 6 and a bit more attention before our 8:30 bed time. Every day your pup is with us is an adventure they will be sure to enjoy just as much as the vacation your taking! My wife works from home and I walk dogs and manage the boarding 24/7. It’s always been a dream job if mine to be able to spend all day taking care of dogs and now I’m finally living that dream! I have a huge fenced in yard but the dogs will only be out there to use the bathroom. Maybe later in the day for some fetch but mostly the dogs will be inside with us. Also our morning walk is about 1-2 hrs long and that take a lot out of the dogs leaving them easy to manage most of the rest of the day.

About: I am flexible in my schedule (I just am not sure if I filled out the app right so feel free to ask if you need something super specific). I’ve homed and cared for many animals in my life. I was always finding stray cats and dogs (even a ferret once) and taking them in as a kid, though it sometimes drove my parents crazy they grew to love them. Recently we fostered two puppies that went to good homes. I have two small dogs myself and I have a few friends that frequently ask and trust me to care for their pets when needed. I currently work part time from home, which gives me a lot of freedom and time to spend with pets and get outside to play when they need. I am very flexible in my schedule and routine so if you need something specific let me know and we can figure something out. I have a small gentle toddler and a friendly dog to keep your pet company, or I have ample space to keep them separate as needed. I treat other pets the same way I treat my own, as if they were my child. I’m very loving and protective. I understand how hard it can be leaving your fur baby with someone else. I am willing to meet before hand for coffee or at the dog park etc. to see if we are a good fit for long term care.
