About: Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a biologist and lover of all animals. I grew up taking care of a number of pets, including many dogs and have been employed as a veterinary technician in the past. I foster dogs on and off from our local shelters. I am knowledgeable and compassionate in the care of pets and look forward to meeting yours! I am currently working part time from home and am available for potty breaks, dog walking, daycare, and boarding! I am active and would love to have some furry company on my walks. I am open to watching dogs at my home if they are friendly and non-reactive with other dogs. I have a young heeler who loves making new doggie friends! Sometimes, I take on multiple dogs for daycare/boarding so please let me know if you would like your pup to be a solo stay. I also can watch pets at your house and/or take the dogs for outings! About: Offering boarding for small farm animal(s)/dogs in Humboldt , Carlotta area. Fenced in pasture plus small undercover area. Must provide your own food, I can feed/provide fresh water. Boarding price depends on animal(s)/services needed. We have chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs and a couple cows on our property, if you have a dog, it must be okay being around these animals and a small child. Please reach out with any questions. We work all day on our permaculture farm and love having an extra dog or two around. Great place for a dog to enjoy running around in nature, a retreat for pets. I have a fenced in pasture available with covered area, or am happy to have your dog free roaming around the farm with a other pets.

The videos she sent made it clear he felt comfortable with her quickly. She learned how to adapt to our dogs needs quickly & clearly understood our dog well with how she talked about him & took care of him. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a sitter or person to care for their fur baby overnight.
Paulina was so nice! Our sweet Ava had never been boarded until now so I was pretty nervous. Paulina was super helpful and understanding. She sent us pictures of her, took her on walks (even though she's a puller), and I felt like she was in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to ask her to watch her again, I highly recommend!
Michael was great to work with. Communication was easy and consistent throughout the stay, and I always felt informed about how my dogs were doing. My dogs seemed very comfortable with him and settled in quickly. He also has a nice backyard space where they could safely relax and play. I would happily book with Michael again and recommend him to other pet owners.
I can't recommend Jacquelyn enough! My senior pup was injured just prior to her stay and had to be given medication and be on restricted movement. Jacquelyn asked questions as needed and provided daily updates. The home itself is really calming, which I'm sure Gertie appreciated. Overall great experience.
Lianna was very sweet and attentive! My normal dog sitter fell through and Lianna came to the rescue on short notice. I was anxious to leave my dog for a longer period of time, but Lianna was very reassuring. She is very communicative- I received photos and updates almost daily. My dog seemed to have enjoyed her stay, and she got lots of walks and play time with her two dogs. It is very clear Lianna loves working with dogs. Would definitely rebook!
