About: I've shared my life with dogs for many years, from small little guys to larger, strong breeds, and I've also cared for cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine and comfort level — and that sometimes the best way to make a pet comfortable is to let them decide how much attention they want. I'm comfortable with energetic dogs who are ready for a good walk, dogs who prefer to take their time and investigate every interesting smell along the way, and cats who may want anything from playtime and affection to simply having someone nearby. For drop-in visits, I'll follow your pet's normal routine for feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter-box care, playtime and companionship. I'll pay attention to how they're behaving and keep you updated while you're away. Most importantly, I understand that you're trusting me with both your pet and your home. I'm dependable, respectful of your space, and careful about following the instructions you leave for me. My goal is for you to feel comfortable knowing your pet is being well cared for while you're away. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate walks and drop-in visits throughout the day. I'm available on both weekdays and weekends and can often accommodate morning, afternoon and early evening visits. Because I control my own schedule, I can plan my day around the pets I'm caring for rather than rushing visits between other commitments. I will follow your instructions carefully and respect both your pet's routine and your home. I'll make sure doors, gates and leashes are secure, keep dogs safely leashed during walks, and pay attention to your pet's behavior and surroundings. During drop-ins, I'll handle feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter-box care as requested and spend time giving your pet the attention and companionship they're comfortable with. I'll also send updates so you know how your pet is doing while you're away.

About: i’ve had pets my whole life and always have been the one to watch and take care of them, about 4 years ago i started pet sitting overnight for family friends and im CPR certified i’m currently working very part-time and will have plenty of time to play and hang out with your pets! i’m available from morning-2pm on monday through wednesday and available full time thrusday through sunday! i have a non fenced yard that i can leash and let them run around in, i also have a very friendly small shitzu named daisy dog and cat named theodore who love other animals, my dog is peeped pad trained so i have no issues if thats what your fur baby needs!

About: My family is grateful to still care for our 17 year old senior dog, Ace. We have had Ace since he was 8 months old. I have the energy to handle a puppy and the patience to handle a senior dog. I rescued a feral kitty with major injuries, worked with Tampa Bay Humane Society to take care of her health concerns, and officially adopted her in 2024. About: Starting at age 9 I raised pigs on my grandpas farm and showed them in the fair. I then decided to become vegan at age 13 after realizing the brutal way animals were treated. Last year I enrolled as a foster parent for the local animal shelter. I fostered a sweet, active pit bull named Rebel for two months. Then I fostered a few kittens. I now have my cat that’s grown up with me since I was 4. Unfortunately I can’t commit to having my own dog right now which is why I am on Rover. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
