About: Being a dog mom for over 10 years and a cat mom for 3 years, now being a mom to my own babies and staying home full time with the ability to open my home or help others with their fur babies is my favorite hobby. I have a beautiful golden retriever that I’ve had since she was 6 weeks so I’ve been able to be with her and learn all stages of dogs. I have a large, fenced in backyard so plenty of space to play or sun bathe for the pups. I’m currently a stay at home mom to a newborn so I now have extra time for this hobby. I love dogs and sitting them is my fun way of interacting and enjoying a new pup without getting another one of my own. Dogs have always been members of the family to me. About: Let me play with your fur babies! I would love the opportunity to love on them. Throuought my life, I have had the joy of caring for 2 kitties and 3 doggies that have since crossed the rainbow bridge. As for experience, I have hand-fed newborn kittens, cared for new puppies, cats and dogs in their senior days, and everything in between. Every pet has their own personality, quirks, and needs, so I will be sensitive to those needs and I assure you that your fur baby will have tons of cuddles and play time! Every morning begins with tail wags, squeaker toys, and kitty head boops! Your babies will be at home in their natural environment and I can accommodate their usual routine! I do not have a day job, so our time together will be quality bonding time with lots of love and attention! If there are any tiny bladders or senior pups needing frequent pottys, they can go out as often as they need! I will care for your babies how YOU care for them and then try to go above and beyond to compensate for the fact that I am not actually their mama. They need to have the easiest transition to a new environment as possible so I don't want to fluctuate much from what they would expect at home. Just let me know all of their favorite things and activities, and the beebees will be happy!

“Nancy is our first Rover pet care specialist and she did not disappoint. Outstanding communication, well organized, very personable. We are in the area for a few days as part of an Airstream caravan and had a long bus day into the city, leaving our Shiba alone for nearly 11 hours. Nancy proposed a meet and greet on short notice and also handled a reschedule (we decided to have her come by and walk Chewie twice versus once). Nancy understood the quirkiness of actually getting into our trailer as well as some of our hints to get Chewie to be interested in walking with her. Chewie, a guarded nine year old Shiba Inu who is basically our fourth child, took to Nancy like she was part of the family. We very much enjoyed the reports today of her interactions with Chewie as well the plethora of photos that captured Chewie better than we’ve been able to. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. I wish her the best and anyone who is looking for someone through Rover to walk or check up on their pet can rest assured their pet or pets will be in the best of hands with Nancy.”

Neighbors and friends have relied on me to take care of pets for whatever the reason may be. While I am new to Rover, I am not new to pet care. I am currently a senior in college. Right now I am on summer vacation and will still be doing weekend availability when school starts back up with limited weekday availability as well! About: Hello! Ive had a love for ALL animals my entire life. I didnt have my first dog until 7 years ago and she is now my entire world! I strive to make every animal I watch feel as loved as my own dogs! I started working in veterinary medicine 4years ago as just a receptionist and moved up to an assistant and now a technician. About: Starting at age 9 I raised pigs on my grandpas farm and showed them in the fair. I then decided to become vegan at age 13 after realizing the brutal way animals were treated. Last year I enrolled as a foster parent for the local animal shelter. I fostered a sweet, active pit bull named Rebel for two months. Then I fostered a few kittens. I now have my cat that’s grown up with me since I was 4. Unfortunately I can’t commit to having my own dog right now which is why I am on Rover. I have also fostered a kitten from the street that needed to be bottle fed and kept warm. I have open availability to pet sit as I am in the process of finding a job. I can start at 8 am and work till 8pm. I give plenty of pet scratches, it is just as much for me as it is for them.
