About: Being a dog mom for over 10 years and a cat mom for 3 years, now being a mom to my own babies and staying home full time with the ability to open my home or help others with their fur babies is my favorite hobby. I have a beautiful golden retriever that I’ve had since she was 6 weeks so I’ve been able to be with her and learn all stages of dogs. I have a large, fenced in backyard so plenty of space to play or sun bathe for the pups. I’m currently a stay at home mom to a newborn so I now have extra time for this hobby. I love dogs and sitting them is my fun way of interacting and enjoying a new pup without getting another one of my own. Dogs have always been members of the family to me. Spending quality time with them by going on long walks with plenty time to sniff and stimulate their brains, cuddling on the couch watching movies or playing with their favorite toy.

About: I've taken care of animals since I was younger. We've had quite a few different types of animals from bunnies and hamsters to cats and dogs. It fits easily into my routine because I'm home all the time. I don't go anywhere really and I have plenty of free time to spare. Throuought my life, I have had the joy of caring for 2 kitties and 3 doggies that have since crossed the rainbow bridge. As for experience, I have hand-fed newborn kittens, cared for new puppies, cats and dogs in their senior days, and everything in between. Every pet has their own personality, quirks, and needs, so I will be sensitive to those needs and I assure you that your fur baby will have tons of cuddles and play time! Every morning begins with tail wags, squeaker toys, and kitty head boops! Your babies will be at home in their natural environment and I can accommodate their usual routine! I do not have a day job, so our time together will be quality bonding time with lots of love and attention! If there are any tiny bladders or senior pups needing frequent pottys, they can go out as often as they need! I will care for your babies how YOU care for them and then try to go above and beyond to compensate for the fact that I am not actually their mama. They need to have the easiest transition to a new environment as possible so I don't want to fluctuate much from what they would expect at home. About: I've pet and house sat for cats and dogs of many breeds and sizes. Mostly for family and friends and I treat them like the beloved family members they are! Many times they have multiple dogs and or cats which is fine by me, love them all. I have been the lucky pet mama of many dogs, a few cats, birds, guinea pig and hamsters. They all were very dear to me and my family. Right now I'm retired and unfortunately my sweet old beagle-mix girl Leela, past away this past fall. I miss her dearly and the routine of walking her in her stroller because in her last year she lost mobility in her hind legs. I know I will eventually adopt another, but right now just enjoying her sweet memories 😊 ♥️ A typical day would start with outside time to do their business and get some exercise, followed by their breakfast and meds/ supplements if so needed. Then we relax a bit until afternoon walking, weather permitting, and playtime. Then relax until dinner and another walk/some playtime before retiring for the night. This of course varies with the pet's routines and needs each day. This is basically what we did with our dogs, and the cats were indoor/outdoor.

I love dogs and sitting them is my fun way of interacting and enjoying a new pup without getting another one of my own. Dogs have always been members of the family to me. Spending quality time with them by going on long walks with plenty time to sniff and stimulate their brains, cuddling on the couch watching movies or playing with their favorite toy.
About: I have had dogs for most of my life. They aren’t pets they’re family! I’ve had dogs from puppies to seniors! I love animals and am very good with them and very loving! I take the time to play fetch and give them a good run out in the big backyard. If you can give me info on what they like or don’t like I will make sure they are loved and accommodated.. I have watched friends amd family pets for quite some time. I’m retired and have have two dogs of my own. I am home all day most of the time. When I do leave it’s not for long periods of time. My dogs love other dogs and are not aggressive at all. I have a home with a great community I can walk the dogs!!. We play fetch everyday.My two dogs are friendly and have many toys to play with. I do have a crate if needed. We can go for long walks and I guarantee that your per will be loved and responsibly cared for. “Nancy is our first Rover pet care specialist and she did not disappoint. Outstanding communication, well organized, very personable. We are in the area for a few days as part of an Airstream caravan and had a long bus day into the city, leaving our Shiba alone for nearly 11 hours. Nancy proposed a meet and greet on short notice and also handled a reschedule (we decided to have her come by and walk Chewie twice versus once). Nancy understood the quirkiness of actually getting into our trailer as well as some of our hints to get Chewie to be interested in walking with her. Chewie, a guarded nine year old Shiba Inu who is basically our fourth child, took to Nancy like she was part of the family. We very much enjoyed the reports today of her interactions with Chewie as well the plethora of photos that captured Chewie better than we’ve been able to. I cannot say enough good things about Nancy. I wish her the best and anyone who is looking for someone through Rover to walk or check up on their pet can rest assured their pet or pets will be in the best of hands with Nancy.”

The easiest times to set up for me are 11am-7:30pm. Any times earlier than 11 are usually too early for me, I am not much of a morning person and any times later than 7:30pm don't usually work as that's around the time I have my 'Me' time and dinner :) Anytime in between works great and I am always willing to negotiate! I have a large house with a pool, I do have a fenced in yard but it is not very big and I do currently own three dogs that live in the house.

About: I've always owned & cared for animals my whole life. I grew up around a farm when I was a kid and I've always had dogs & cats of my own. I currently own 2 Great Danes and 3 cats. I currently work full time but will take appointments whenever I am off work and available. I will only take appointments for pet sitting/daycare in my own home. Since I have 5 animals of my own I cannot leave them for long periods of time to stay in your home. I do have a very medium/large crate in my home if your animal needs to be separated. I own my own home close to Starkey Park and several dog parks. My yard is completly fenced in with 6ft privacy fencing. I also have a screened in pool for those pets that like the water. I have a large sized pet door that goes from the house out to the fenced yard. My cats are very friendly and love my dogs but take a little to warm up to other dogs. They also have a small pet door to escape to the garage if they are overwhelmed . My dogs get along with all other dogs and don't mind cats.

“Mai was absolutely incredible! I was worried about leaving my pup with a stranger and especially with another dog, as my dog can be a humper. One meet and greet with Mai and Fogi the puggle, and he was completely taken with them both, didn’t even bark when I dropped him off. I was out of cell phone coverage on a cruise but Mai still sent constant pictures and updates (over 8 days!) that I was able to see at my leisure and her communication any time I was able to text her was great. She even slept on a sofa with my dog the first nights he got adjusted to being somewhere new! When I got him home, it was clear Mai was a better choice than a kennel as he wasn’t smelly, overly tired or sickly. I will definitely be using her again.
