I took a break from Rover for a few years after having my 2nd child and pursuing graduate school…now I’m back and ready to continue sharing my love with your pets! I’ve always grown up surrounded by pets, with a family that has a strong love for animals (and a bias toward loving Rottweilers). My family, friends, and neighbors have always relied on me for their pet-sitting needs. I have walked, cuddled, bathed, medicated, and trained dogs of all ages and sizes for the better half of my life, and I would be honored to do the same for your pup. Is it your first time booking? My beloved Rottweiler passed away in March after a long and happy life rolling in the grass, splashing in his doggy pool, running circles in our fenced yard, playing with his human brothers, and going on car rides. Whatever works best for your dog and makes them happiest, is what works best for me. I am familiar with crate training, positive reinforcements, and delay of gratification strategies and I’m ready and willing to implement whatever routine necessary to accommodate your pup.

We needed someone to check in on our 2 dogs because we had a long activity planned. Samantha was very friendly and seemed genuinely excited to meet our pups. Our dogs can get overly excited and jumpy but Samantha didn’t seem to mind and she interacted well with them. She communicated very well with us, which we really appreciated. She sent messages to confirm our meet and greet, to clarify any questions she had, and updated us during her visits. We received the cutest pictures of our pups. We hope to have her watch our dogs again in the future.
Samantha has been amazing. I was extremely reluctant to allow a stranger into my home and around my dogs but when I saw her profile and after I had a meet and greet with her I knew my dogs would be in good hands. Every time she stops by she texts me to let me know how they’re doing and sends me pictures of her playing outside with my dogs. I had been so upset leaving my boys at home alone for long hours while I was working at the hospital and Samantha has given me peace of mind❤️
I had just moved here from Ohio and my dog was very anxious when I left and having a hard time adjusting. I work night shift so she watched him while I was at work. She did such a great job and dealt with his separation anxiety so well! She left my house spotless like no one had even stayed. She kept me updated all night and my dog is already improving and a lot more comfortable. I’m going to continue using her services while I work! She eased both mine and my dogs anxiety adjusting to this move and leaving him alone for long shifts. She is very caring, sweet, and able to deal with and adapt to any issues with my dog.
We hired Sam for two drop-in visits on the same day to let our dog Morrison out and to feed him while we were away from home all day visiting with friends in Orlando. She was super attentive during our meet and greet taking lots of notes and we felt very comfortable having her come into our home and handling our dog who can be a real challenge as he is super smart and an escape artist. She showed up right on time for both visits and was great with communication and sent lots of pictures. Unfortunately we forgot to put on the dog's collar for our boundary fence and he decided to dart out of the yard after a duck and ended up in the canal behind our house. Sam jumped in after him and got him back into the house and all dried off which is above and beyond anything we would have expected, performing great under pressure and showing a real dedication to the safety and well being of our Mo. She well exceeded all of our expectations and we'll be calling on her for all of our future Rover requests and we highly recommend you do the same.
As a dog owner of herself, Sam loves animals and will take care of yours like one of her own, she’s the best. Nobody else I would trust to take care of my dog anymore!

I am a full time therapist, mom of two, and animal lover. I am only unavailable on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday due to a heavy work schedule on those days.
