We took our Lola girl on vacation with us to New York but she could not do some of the activities… Luisanna was available at short notice with quick and easy drops off/ pick ups. She was very responsive when I texted her and communicated with us during the day on how Lola was doing. Her communication is amazing, along with her sweet relaxed energy Lola warmed right up to her ! She truly took care of my baby as her own and it was easy to tell when I brought Lola the following day, Lola ran right to her. It was so reassuring to know my dog was happy, safe and well cared for.
