About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. Five years ago, I welcomed my first dog, a Samoyed named Leche, and he's been my best adventure buddy ever since. I'm also the proud dog aunt and roommate to a sweet Golden Retriever named Rose, a lovable Beagle named Drogo, and a feisty cat named Duke. Living with pets of different personalities has given me experience caring for a variety of temperaments and needs. Since college, my friends have jokingly called me the "animal whisperer" because I've always been the person they trust to care for their pets while they're away. Whether it's long walks, playtime, cuddles, sticking to feeding routines, or making nervous pets feel comfortable, I treat every animal as if they were my own. I work in the office Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and work from home on Fridays. I'm available on evenings throughout the week and have open availability on weekends. I'm happy to tailor my schedule to meet your pet's needs, whether that's a lunchtime drop-in, an after-work walk or play session, overnight care, or a full weekend of companionship. My goal is to keep your pet comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, exercise, and love while you're away. My goal is to make both you and your pet feel comfortable and at ease. I'm experienced with pets of all ages, personalities, schedules, and energy levels, and I understand that every animal has unique needs. We took our Lola girl on vacation with us to New York but she could not do some of the activities… Luisanna was available at short notice with quick and easy drops off/ pick ups. She was very responsive when I texted her and communicated with us during the day on how Lola was doing. Her communication is amazing, along with her sweet relaxed energy Lola warmed right up to her ! She truly took care of my baby as her own and it was easy to tell when I brought Lola the following day, Lola ran right to her. It was so reassuring to know my dog was happy, safe and well cared for. About: I’ve had animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. I’ve had pets with high-maintenance health needs, including conditions like megaesophagus and diabetes, so I’m comfortable following specific care routines and giving animals the extra attention they need. My own pets are fed with their health, nutrition, and weight in mind, using high-quality food. Growing up, I would watch pets for people in my neighborhood, and I’ve also worked with exotic animals at an animal sanctuary. I’ve taken in animals that needed homes and helped find them loving families—two cats just this year alone! I currently have a dog and three cats, all of whom were raised around other animals. My dog, Athena, even just got back from a trip to Italy in August! 😂 When she came to me, she was about to be returned to a shelter because she was considered “untrainable” and too high-energy.
