About: I love to walk and hike and I love dogs so I’m a perfect Dog Walker! Ive had dogs for 60 years. I’ve had big, small, young, old dogs and puppies. They love me. I have a gentle alpha energy that makes them feel safe. Consider me your pets grandmama who likes to get out and explore the neighborhood! I’m retired but active. I am a woodworker and always have a hobby going. I lost my sweet old puppy, Savannah about a year ago. Not ready for a new dog, but I want dog energy in my life! Im hyper vigilant on walks, especially with new dogs. I like long walks so the pup can get a little tired and get into that pack travel state of mind. While house sitting I’m kind of a minimalist in other people’s houses. I don’t travel with much stuff. I read, knit and watch too much YouTube.

“Ricky was incredibly conscientious and good with our kitty and bunny. Our kitty had some medical issues come up the week prior to my departure, and Ricky stepped right up to the task. Gave our boy his meds, and was able to put a cone on him to put steroid crem on his tail. He befriended our boys quickly and seemed to enjoy their company as much as they enjoyed his.
