About: I grew up on a small farm with goats, rabbits, chickens and other animals, and there was never a shortage of chores left to do! Now, I spend my days on the streets of Big D, living life in the big city working as a PR and Public Affairs specialist. I have rescued and fostered several animals. I love to take care of all kinds of pets, big and small, and have experience with dogs, from puppy to senior citizen. I have one cat, Allie D. Cat, and one dog, Badger Boy, and live in a guest house in the M Streets. My landlady and I share a backyard with her dogs, therefore all visiting animals must be other-pet friendly! Can’t wait to meet you and your furry friend! Cheers, Crystal I am available daily to support your fur babies. At this time, I have a full house of pets, and so am willing to come to your home to take care of your pet.
About: I have had pets since I was born, and they were always members of the family. I am flexible and willing to work with your schedule. I will walk your pet, play with your pet, and give as many cuddles and belly rubs as required! I have experience walking dogs both with a collar or a harness, so can manage whatever you have.
About: I believe what sets me apart is my experience working in a veterinary clinic, where I’ve gained hands-on knowledge of animal health and behavior. I’m comfortable administering medications, recognizing signs of illness, and staying calm in stressful situations. I’m also very reliable and make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely while keeping owners updated, so they always feel at ease. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to give your pups lots of attention, play with them, and make sure they’re well taken care of! I’ll be able to keep them company throughout the day and give them plenty of love and exercise. I will always make sure a pet is comfortable in my home. I may live in an apartment, but I will make sure your furry friend goes on as many walks as they want.

About: I've owned to dogs in the spanned of 12 years. Both 100 plus pounds, I've also worked with medium size breeds and toy breeds. I also own exotic and cats. I have worked in the retail industry catering towards animals and have volunteered sitting for farm animals. I'm at the moment working towards a degree in veterinary medicine full time. I do not work so this would be my main source of income. Since I am fully dedicating previously my time to school. Close monitoring and calm approach to any situation or environment are essential when it comes to the care of animals in my possession. Patience and building a bond is also very important and key to building a long lasting relationship with my animals.
“Ashely immediately established a positive rapport with our possibly difficult dog and continued building that relationship throughout her contract. Both our dog and cat were well and fine upon our arrival home. Ashley's communication was thorough and consistent. Doppler got walked at least once each day weather permitting. Both dog and cat received good interaction and playtime each day. We recommend Ashely to anyone for either dog or cat care.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
