She was very communicative and thoughtful throughout the entire process, even with a 13-hour time difference while my wife and I were visiting China, which was a huge comfort while we were away. She also went above and beyond on the last day by tidying the place and cleaning the sheets, blankets, and comforter on the guest bed after one of our cats had an accident, making our lives a lot easier after our long flight back. Coming home to a clean space after a long international flight meant so much to us.
