About: HELLO! Dog walking has been a long-time hobby of mine since growing up with a hyper Husky/German Shepherd mix. Right after grad school, we adopted (another) Husky mix who was our companion for 10+ years. Now having our hands full with two cats, we have not adopted another dog, which has me itching to walk other folks’ dog! :) Being a dog AND cat lover is what brought me to Rover; I am available to support for either animal. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: I am First Aid & CPR trained I am familiar with Basic Obedience and Good Canine Citizenship training I have cared for a variety of dogs; from big to small, puppy to Senior LETS KEEP IN TOUCH: Do reach out to me if you have any questions. If you’re ready to book, go ahead, and don't forget the discount if your are a first time client. I consider this my full-time gig. Schedule is generally 10am -4pm; let me know what works for you. Evening walk hours may be available if you're a recurring client. Every measure will be taken to ensure the safety of your pet; for day care, gates are used in home and yard is fenced; on walks I make sure they are safe on the leash while leaving and entering the home (no door dashing :]), etc. I welcome any other safety measures you may feel is appropriate for your pet.

Lavinia is the absolute best!! Our golden retriever loved spending time with her in our home! She sent us plenty of pictures each day of their time together, along with detailed notes on how our pup did! She was very respectful, and she followed all of our instructions! This was our first time having a babysitter for our dog that wasn’t family, so we were feeling nervous. Lavinia was the perfect match for our dog/ family, and she made this the best experience for us! We will be booking with her again!!

Taryn was incredible. She was able to overcome a rough start (my fault) with no complaints. She was fantastic with my "girls" ensuring they each got their own food regardless if they were stubborn. My one kittie is nervous yet Taryn won her over and by the end was taking her food in her normal spot instead of hiding under the bed. I can not thank her enough.
Morgan was absolutely amazing as a pet sitter for our dog, Ben, during our trip to the Tinker Nature Park and the Genesee Country Village and Museum. From the moment they met, Ben took to her instantly, going straight with her like they’d always known each other! He got to enjoy parks and even a Starbucks pup cup while riding up front in her car—talk about VIP treatment! Morgan’s communication was excellent. She met us at each of our destinations, making pick-ups and drop-offs so convenient. Plus, she helped make our trip even better by recommending local foods and must-see spots in the area, which was so thoughtful since we're not from there. One of the standout moments was when she caught a scheduling error in my vacation plans that I hadn’t noticed, which saved a big chunk of the trip from chaos. Honestly, Morgan didn’t just pet-sit; she helped make our vacation smoother and more enjoyable than we could’ve imagined.
