“Absolutely PERFECT! We traveled to Europe for 12 days and left our 2 dogs with Brie, one of them being a recently adopted Beagle/Basset mix who has SEVERE separation anxiety disorder. Both required medication schedules. I never had to worry about the dogs ONCE, which was SUCH A NICE CHANGE from the constant worry of the new dog and current dog that had a recent health scare. She sent daily pics, was respectful of our home, and we came home to dogs that acted as though we had never left! Our boys really bonded with her and we feel so much less anxious about leaving them for extended periods of time. Can't say enough POSITIVE about Brie!”
About: I’m a recent Washington State University graduate with over four years of housesitting experience caring for a variety of animals, including dogs and cats. I grew up with both a Yorkie and a Great Pyrenees, so I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities! I’ve cared for puppies as young as two months old through senior dogs up to 13 years old, and I truly adore spending time with each one of them whether we’re throwing the ball in the yard for hours or relaxing on the porch couch. I’m patient and consistent with young pups who are still learning routines and basic training, and I’m gentle and attentive with senior dogs who may need medication, extra comfort, or slower walks. Something really important to me is treating each pet as if they were my own, to make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for while their parents are away! Pet care definitely fits very easily into my daily routine. I currently work part-time, which gives me a very flexible schedule to accommodate any specific needs, whether that’s early morning visits, midday check-ins, evening walks, or overnight care. I’m happy to adjust my day to maintain your pet’s normal routine so they feel happy and comfortable while you’re away! I am also available for housesitting and truly enjoy staying in a home environment so pets can stay in their familiar space with consistent care and just someone to hangout with! The pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are always going to be my top priorities. At this time, I do not offer care in my own home, but I am more than happy to provide drop-in visits or overnight housesitting in your home where your pet feels most secure. I will most definitely work hard to maintain their normal schedule, feeding routines, exercise, and any special instructions you may provide me. Additionally, I’m very respectful of clients’ homes and treat them with the same care and responsibility I would my own. “Hello sarah this is the first chance I have had to sit down and write a little note. I wanted to make sure that we were all on the same page and that everything went OK I know the kids missed us, but I know that you took very good care of them. I don’t have anything definitive but sometime around the first part of October bill is gonna have to have surgery up at Mayo so we’d probably be gone maybe 2 to 3 days if you’re interested in when I find something more definitive on date wise, I’ll be certain to let you know if you care to come back that is hope all is well and I thank you for all your hard work”
About: I love walking dogs and playing with them. Dogs really are a human’s best friend. As a dog owner, I know how nerve-wracking it can be to try to find care when you are working long hours or have a trip out of town that isn’t dog friendly. I have relied on pet sitting and am so thankful to be able to do the same for others! I live in a spacious, pet-friendly home in Rowlett with a fenced backyard. The streets are wide and great for long walks, the neighborhood is safe, and there are plenty of sites and smells for a dog to enjoy! For cozier times, I have a den in my house that is perfect for dogs to play in! It’s a dog paradise here. When I’m not snuggling and walking dogs, I love to cook, dance, read and listen to music. I’m the happiest when I’m surrounded by family — including my fur babies! I live with my 2 children who are 12 and 15. I grew up with dogs and everyone in the house loves dogs, so your dog will get lots of love! I work from home, so I have lots of opportunity to spend time with your very special dog and keep them safe and loved while you’re away!

About: I've taken care of dogs specifically since I was like 5. Whether it was a friend's dog, a family members or my own. Cats I have taken care of since I was 8. Changing litter? Done. Walking dogs? Done. Training? I do that too! I actually trained my own service dog who has since retired. Feed and water? Of course! Gotta get the essentials. Following directions, I will follow how YOU want your pet(s) taken care of. I have dealt with chihuahuas to great Danes to dogs bigger than that! No animal is too small. I will pick up messes, play with them, train them if you want, and obviously feed and water them. I can even stay over night with a pet if needed! I know some pets need extra support when their humans are a away, and I understand that may mean me staying over night. I have two dogs and two cats. I take care of the two dogs on a daily basis. Cats? Not so much but I do help out when asked as they are not actually mine but my roommates. I take my dogs out at LEAST 3 times a day typically more in warmer weather. But I take them out at least once when I wake up, once after or before lunch, and once before bed after they've ate their dinner. My dogs have stomach issues and only eat once a day near dinner time for me. I get them out more often to play now that its warming up outside In my clients home, as I don't do boarding at my own home, I can bring my own dog if asked for a play buddy but I would like a copy or to see the vaccination records to be safe. I will make sure the animals get some time to play and have plenty of attention while I am there. I will make sure dogs get outside to potty on either the specified schedule from my client or on a schedule I am able to run, but they will get out as much as I can make happen. Cats I'll make sure get some play time, if you're the kind of cat person who let's their cat out on a catio or leash or trust your cat out on its own for a bit I can make those happen too. I will make sure they have fresh litter when needed/requested. I will make sure both cats and dogs have fresh water and food on a schedule determined by the owner or when its needing refilled/changed.
