“Just WOW! I found Samona last minute as our other sitter canceled. While I was initially nervous, our meet-and-greet quickly reassured me the boys would be well taken care of. I knew the boys were going to be in good hands. The daily photos and videos showed us how happy and comfortable our boys were. It gave us a sense of comfort while away from them. When we picked up the boys, it was clear they had formed a bond with Samona and her husband. We’re thrilled to have found a trusted caregiver/friend. Our boys will be returning!”

“Michelle took great care of our big fella Roy. He’s a good boy but really large at 125 lbs, but Michelle didn’t bat an eye. She was amazing with him. Pictures and videos of him patrolling the grounds. This was our first time leaving Roy so we were nervous. But Michelle made us feel like our Berner was in great hands. Thanks Michelle! We’ll see you soon.”

“My Theo spent four days with John this past weekend. It was a wonderful experience. John and Nicole clearly love dogs, and I felt that Theo got great care while with them. And they sent me pictures everyday, which I really appreciated!”

“Cecily was wonderful with our little pups. Each of our dogs have very different personalities, Cecily made them feel right at home. We got to see many pictures of them happy! We will absolutely be using her again!”

“Aivy was amazing! I can’t say enough positive things. She took the best care of Herbie to the point I didn’t think he was going to want to come home. She sent tons of pictures and loved on him like he was her own.”

“Monica and Conrad were amazing with Heron, our 5 month old puppy. Heron was so comfortable and had Pongo as a playmate. I knew when we met them before scheduling the boarding that it would work out because Monica and Conrad are kind, caring people who love dogs. Pongo was calm and playful with a new puppy 'roommate.' We received daily photos and a review of the day and previous night. We will definitely book another boarding for Heron with Monica, Conrad and Pongo! Thank you so much!”

“Annette and Martin did a great job with my Bull Terrier. They have a yard so she could run around. They gave her medication daily. And they took good care of her. Also, they posted pics and videos so we could see her. When it was time to pick her up, she seemed attached to them. I recommend Annette and her husband. They did a great job.”

“She was amazing! She made sure to keep me updated and even sent photos. My pup loved Eileen. She felt right at home despite feeling anxious. I will definitely be using her services in the future!!!!”

“Jenny (and the whole family) was wonderful with our husky Maggie. She provided so many updates, and I could see how happy and comfortable Maggie was from all the photos making out vacation completely stress free. They also sent funny videos and took Maggie on so many walks. The communication, care, and his overall kindness of Jenny and her family can not be overstated. Highly recommend for all your boarding needs 💯”

“Anjali took very good care of my pups while I was away. She messages back quickly with correspondence. She also sent pic updates, which I love and appreciates so much. I highly recommend this rover sitter. Her son also had a lot of fun playing with one of my pups. All and all, very positive experience. Thank you!”

About: Hi! I’m Isis — an attentive, gentle caregiver who treats every pet with the same patience, warmth, and respect I give my own. I know how stressful it can feel to trust someone with your fur baby, so I make everything simple, predictable, and communication-focused. I’ve cared for dogs and cats since I was young, including anxious pets, shy pets, and pets who need a little extra reassurance. I move at their pace and let them warm up to me in a way that feels safe. You’ll get frequent photo updates, real-time messages, and clear check-ins so you always know exactly how your pet is doing. Your peace of mind matters just as much as their comfort. Whether I’m taking your dog for a walk, doing drop-ins, or spending the night caring for your cat, I show up with calm energy, patience, and genuine love for what I do. Your pet isn’t just “a booking” to me — they’re a personality, a presence, and a little soul with needs and preferences. I meet them where they’re at, every time. I am flexible in schedule and have full availability for house sitting, pet sitting and walking. I can take same day requests as well, so feel free to reach out. I keep my home tidy, with plenty of space for them to roam. I have a fenced backyard and all sockets covered in my home.
“As always, Adrienne was amazing with our dog George! This is the third time that we have had him stay with her, and each time we are so happy with the service that she provides. George was well care for and loved while we were away on a nine day trip. When our flight got canceled and we were stuck in another country for an extra day, Adrienne was more than accommodating. We will definitely be using her for our next trip.”

“Carley was a wonderful sitter for our dog. This was the first time we had left our girl overnight, and we were apprehensive. Isabella was right at home with Carley and had a great stay. Carley kept us informed through texts, photos and videos. We already have booked with Carley for a future extended stay. We highly recommend her!”

“I have never had better place to leave my sweet Apollo, he had an excellent time! Kelsey & Conor were sending updates and images constantly. I would highly recommend them!”

“Esteysi/Amy took great care of our little Henry. Esteysi and her family showed great compassion and kindness that went a long way in easing all of our minds. I recommend them to anyone who needs a loving home for their pet.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Atco
We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful dog sitter. Samona is caring, thoughtful, and you can immediately tell how much she loves animals. Rooster is genuinely happy in her home, and we love knowing he is treated like part of the family. Their two lovely dogs play so well with him, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Hannah is great! She watched our overly needy house hippo (aka almost 3 yr old Newfie) for a weekend. She, along with her husband and dogs Max and Elfy, welcomed Cocoa into their home and took great care of her; providing pictures and constant updates. I honestly think Cocoa was a little upset that we came back so soon. It’s not easy finding someone who’s willing to watch a 120lb lap dog and we are very grateful. I would definitely recommend her!

Samona is absolutely wonderful! We were nervous about leaving our dog for 3.5 weeks but she made it so easy! Our dog took a while to warm up to the other dogs so she made sure she was watching them closely when they were together, while also allowing him to have his own outdoor time. Our dog loved the huge yard and all the toys they had (including the drone)! Plus, we got numerous updates (more than I have ever gotten from any other Rover) which made us so happy. I cannot wait to drop my pup back with Samona!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
