I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. I’ve also had a few cats in the past and currently have 2! They are both tolerant of dogs and if they are uncomfortable, they will typically leave the room. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. About: I have have owned dogs all my life and take care of neighbors dogs. I was also a part-time supervisor of a dog daycare. I am good at dog training and care. I am available days and nights. I work part time remotely. So my schedule is flexible. I walk my dog 4 times a day. If I am away for prolonged time my neighbor checks in on and walks if needed. I am in a 1st floor condo. There is plenty of outside walking spaces. My neighbors also do Rover dog care and all our neighbors help to check and walk each others dogs if needed. I have a small senior Pomeranian Poodle that is very good with other dogs. I am fine if your furbaby prefers to be on couch. I provide lots of playtime and snuggle time. Your dog will rarely be left alone as I am home almost all the time and if I am not, my family (all adults) helps care for the pets too. I have experience with senior dogs and those with anxiety. As of June she is 8 months old. She has normal puppy energy and is ready to play! We would do a meet and greet to have the dogs meet before you booked to make sure you and your pup are comfortable. I enjoy getting to know each dog’s personality. I am interested in pursuing a future career working with pets. Your dog will be loved and treated like part of the family while staying with us. I have plenty of availability and flexibility in my schedule. For boarding, I am home all the time but in the chance that I am out, my family (all adults) is usually home. So your pet will rarely be alone. I am offering overnight boarding in my home. We are a family of 4 adult so there is almost always someone home. We do have a cat and a 6 month old puppy. We have a fenced in yard for your dog to run, but I will also take them for walks around the neighborhood.

About: I’ve owned 3 dogs in my life & all of them I have trained from puppyhood into adulthood. I make sure life is full of play, adventure, and structure. I have been a reliable pet sitter for many of my friends & family! I currently WFH and have a 5 month old puppy. I am able to visit during the daytime starting early afternoon and into the evenings for play, walks, as well as enrichment/activities. About: I have had 9 dogs over the years as pets between both of my parent’s houses. I pet sit a lot for friends, family, neighbors and from word of mouth! I’ve dog sat for as many as hot to 5 dogs at once, so more than one is not a big deal! I love to go for walks, especially if it’s nice and we can travel somewhere for a nice walk! One of my favorite things is snuggles while watching Netflix or doing homework! If you have cats, don't worry about it I love them too! I lived with my best friend for 6yrs who had 2 cats! The more the merrier! I am currently going back to school for my BSN. I am in online classes right now and work as an overnight aide in NICU at Virtua! I work 2 days a week and have a lot of open time! I work M/T and then have 9 days off, work fri-mon and have 7 days off and it just repeats. I know that can be confusing and overnights don’t work for some, so more than happy to chat about it in relation to what you need! :) I treat everyone’s pets as if they are my own. They get treated no different and if anything more spoiled because I know it’s hard having your humans leave you and having someone new around! Nothing but unconditional love!
About: i've lived with dogs since u was little and all my family has dogs so i am very used to different dog breeds and temperaments. i love to take dogs on walks and play and even just keeping them company. i'm currently not working so i am free whenever. i am able to watch any pet on week days or weekends. i am very flexible and am able to change dates or times whenever i have two friendly dogs at my home and am able to provide anything that your pet will need so matter what. i do not have a fenced in yard but am able to give your pet as many potty and walk breaks as needed.

About: I grew up owning cats and dogs my entire life. As an adult, I’ve been a pet owner for the past 20 years. My dog that has since passed away was a Jack Russell that was in my wedding serving is the ring barer. I currently have two dogs (Rottweiler and Chihuahua) and a cat. About: I really like animals so I studied 2 years of veterinarian course. Unfortunately I couldn’t finish it, but I wish. I also worked at the pet shop for 1 year. I work Monday to Friday 1:30-5:30pm, so I have the mornings, evenings and the weekends open. I would love to spend some time with some lovely pets. Unfortunately I can’t host them at my house. But I’m able to go spend some time hanging out with the pets in your house, and also taking them for a walk.

I currently have 3 dogs, a cat, and a rabbit. And I am always learning about animals and how to best care for them. I am currently working part-time. But my job is very flexible. My three dogs have a big fenced in yard and get lots of exercise. Sometimes we go to the dog park for some socialization. For cats, I will clean litter, feed, do medications as needed as well, and playing if they like that!

About: I am very good with dogs, because I pay attention to their body language. Dogs communicate through their eyes, body and barks. Similar to a person using sign language. Most communication is non-verbal and I definitely pay attention and make sure I treat every furry friend with respect and love. Dogs have feelings and like to socialize in healthy environments and that is what they will get with me as your dog sitter and / or dog walker. I will take your dog walking, I will check-in on your dog and play ball or tug of war with them, if that is what they like to do, I will provide water refills and food refills, even mix food upon request and follow instructions specific to your dog's need. If they need a bathing that is extra, but I will clean your dog thoroughly after playtime. If, you want me to take your dog to the park, I love doing walks and runs in the park with your fur baby! Get all the extra energy out, so when you come home they are well satisfied and content. I have a house and a yard. Yard is not fully fenced in yet, but currently working towards fixing it or getting a new fence. My house is dog proof to keep all fur babies safe and happy, but there are always other options available to keep your dog as comfortable as possible. About: I grew up with a Golden Doodle, and I’ve been constantly surrounded by dogs and other animals since I was young. If my friends or my moms friends need a dog sitter, I’m the guy they call. I live in an area where giving walks and giving time outside are easily accessible, my living space not being too big or too small, and having a childhood dog I’m very familiar with the comings and goings of when animals need to eat and go to the bathroom. I don’t have a fenced backyard but the dog will never be outside without me or a leash, my living space is nicely sized so I’ll always be able to keep track of the dog. I also don’t have many if any breakable items.

I adopted a staffy mix in 2014 and we had 9 great years together before she passed. I’m not ready to adopt again, so until then, I’d like to help others. My friends will bring their dogs when they visit me and my cats do well. I don’t have a yard per se but there is a lot of open space for frequent walks/potty breaks. My apartment complex is very pet-friendly. I am on the 2nd floor, so there are 2 sets of steps that may make it hard for older dogs. I often do overnights and stay with pets in their own home to maximize their comfort and keep their routines intact. I’m flexible based on your individual needs. One of my interests is in animal behavior. I have read many books (my favorites are from Patricia B. McConnell) My philosophy is we are training everyday. Consistency is important to me and for them, so I will ask many questions during the meet and greet stage to understand their needs and know how to best support you both. I am currently freelance with WFH tasks and gig work and schedule my other jobs around my pet care calendar. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex with lots of open space to walk. With me, your pup will have 24/7 one-on-one attention. They are allowed on the furniture and will always be supervised. I also have room to set up a crate if they are crate-trained but most of the time they will play and hangout where I am. I have 2 cats that do well with dogs. The cat food is raised off the floor and litter boxes are located in the main living space and are scooped immediately.
