About: Hi! My name is Tori and I currently live in the Sheffield Lake, OH area. I am available for dog walks, pet sitting, and doggy day care! I do have a part time job in the afternoons but available anytime before and after. I have been around dogs and cats my whole life whether it be volunteering at the animal shelter or taking care of my own. With time, I've learned how to care for animals physically and emotionally by either giving them medical attention or simply just loving on them. I've had plenty of experience with big and small dogs and then learned how to train them and especially earn their trust and with that, I hope to gain the trust of their owners. I know exactly how an owner would want their dog to be treated and I intend to treat anyone's pet the same loving way! Pet care is in my daily routine all day every day. With taking care of my own fur babies, walking, feeding and cleaning up after them is already expected. I care for my pets and all animals the same with the same respect and care. I make sure their needs are meet with food along with exercise and love the obviously need!

About: Self-identified nature and animal lover, in transition from attorney to chaplaincy and mindfulness meditation teacher. I have cared for dogs for over 20 years, from zoomie puppies to slow-moving seniors. I am comfortable administering medication and feeding whatever combo of kibble+/-wet food your pup enjoys. Belly rubs and nature walks are always on offer. All are welcome here. I am home full-time and am able to supervise, care for and play with the dogs throughout the day. We begin each morning with an early one to five mile hike depending on energy levels and weather. The remainder of the day is free time to play, nap, repeat. Meals are usually at 8am and 4pm. In our home: Your dog will have free range of our entire home and fully-fenced acre with access to fresh drinking water at all times. There are several dog beds and toys around the house. Our resident pup Poppy is happy to share! Note: My doggie day care rate covers up to six daytime hours (between 8am - 6pm). We can add more time (starting at +$20) so you don't have to rush doing fun human-only activities. Special requests are always welcome.

About: I am currently back in New Mexico visiting until the end of July and I am interested in meeting new people (and animals) here. I have over 15 years professional experience in housekeeping and babysitting. I grew up with multiple pets in our home including several cats and a sweet golden retriever that my siblings and I shared in caring for. I also have experience caring for fish, birds and hamsters including their feeding and cleanup. I have had the responsibility of taking care of pets in the household I've worked in from walking, feeding, and outside time. I can be relied on to be punctual and communicative in regards to your animals. I look forward to hearing back from you and your pet! I have a shop in town that I run during the day several days a week so I can provide your pet with plenty of attention and frequent outdoor activity. I make sure the dogs have plenty of outside time and have a good ratio of rest and fun throughout the day. I have a friendly and playful red heeler that loves playing with other dogs and gets along with most cats. I am always attentive to the pets to make sure they stay close and don't stray too far.

About: Hi! My name is Cal, and I’ve been working with dogs since I was a kid. I grew up volunteering at the humane society and took classes in college on how to train shelter dogs. I have two dogs; one Golden Retriever and one Red Heeler who love to play with other dogs. They are high energy, so we go on regular hikes every day. I’m a firefighter/EMT, so you can feel safe knowing that I can render care if needed. If your dog likes to go on hikes, they’ll have a good time with us. I currently work weekends and some Fridays. My schedule is pretty open during the week and I am flexible to be there when you need me. I have trackers for my dogs and can provide one for yours if your dog is good off leash. I follow directions well and can tailor my day based on your needs.

About: I am a lifelong lover, owner and caretaker of animals. I was raised on a ranch and was around horses, chickens, dogs, cats and more for the better part of my childhood and have owned dogs and cats ever since. While I currently do not have any pets, I have dog and cat sat for friends and family for years and understand the importance of having trustworthy, loving people take care of your fur babies! I am currently working from home for 10 hours a week and trying to get a service industry job for 3-5 days a week. While my schedule is not concrete, I will be available for drop ins, walks, and animal sitting of scheduled in advance. I have a large fenced in yard and live in a fairly remote area. I love comforting animals, playing with them, and letting them know how good of boys/girls they are and that they’re owners will be home soon.

About: I am very good with dogs. I have always been the person to call within my family for dog care. I love going on walks and have a very flexible schedule to cater to what you and your dogs need! I have a very flexible schedule. I am a full time student so the only things I will need to work around are my classes, but i have a light course load coming up which gives me lots of time to spend with your pets. I love walks and I love exploring hikes in San diego. I have a dog friendly household with a few roommates who LOVE animals, so if your pet has to come to my place they only have pets and cuddles to look forward to. If I am at the pets house I plan on doing the same, but with only me.

About: Growing up on a farm, I developed hands-on experience with a wide range of animals, from livestock to household pets. Today, I extend that care to my friends’ pets whenever they need support, looking after everything from dogs and cats to more unique companions like snakes and chickens. My lifelong connection to animals has given me the skills and intuition needed to ensure they receive the attention and care they deserve. As a part-time web designer and content creator, I work primarily online, which allows me to maintain a highly flexible schedule. Since I set my own hours, I can easily accommodate pet care, always making time for dog walks, cat brushing, and any other needs. My adaptable routine ensures consistent and attentive care for all pets. I’ve had experience both welcoming pets into my home and house-sitting for others. I’m based in Taos, where there’s a fenced yard and access to great hikes nearby. If I stay at your home, you can expect it to be well-cared for, left clean, and I can also manage tasks like plant care as needed. NOTE for boarding: I do have a cat. Any visiting dogs must be cat-friendly and respect cat boundaries.

About: Hello! My name is Amber and I’m so excited to take care of your animals! I have always loved animals and have found that they bring me a great amount of joy to be around. Starting in 2021 I worked as a kennel attendant at a boarding facility for dogs and cats called Cherokee trail boarding. I worked there for over 2 years and have gained extensive knowledge on taking care of all different breeds of dogs and cats. I also worked in Alaska as a dog sled handler for 5 months where I took care of over 25 dogs at a time. I am very qualified to take care of your animals whether that’s administering important medication or just letting them get their energy out on a walk. I have a very flexible job so I would be able to work with any kind of scheduling that you feel is right for the care of your animals! I would not be able to take dogs/cats into my home but would be very willing to take care of them at your house whether that’s spending the night or seeing them throughout the day.

About: I have a deep respect for animals, their autonomy and their neediness. I have been a caretaker to many walks of life including children, dogs, cats, rabbits and the elderly, throughout my life. About: I am a writer and thus would be mostly at home with your animals. I lost my own dog in recent years, and find that I do best when I have dogs and cats to look after. I love being interrupted by a dog asking for attention and play! Walking is a joy for me. I specialize in tuning in to what anxieties need clear support and confidence to help build successful interactions. I welcome caring for animals with special dietary or medication issues. To have the company of a senior dog or a puppy is something I really look forward to. I organize my working rhythms around pet care. I enjoy having my work broken up with odd tasks and interruptions from animals. In general, providing pet care generally makes me more productive in other areas of my life. I like having a set walking and feeding schedule, and then everything flows from there. My work is portable on my laptop, so as long as I can have a perch to work at, I can be present for animals in the spaces they are accustomed to having company in. I do house visits, walking, and home stays. I enjoy staying overnight with animals because we can tune into each other. I try to get a sense of how the animal parent interacts with and supports their animal through daily routine, and then try to replicate that routine. I pay close attention to what they animals are saying about what they need, and what brings about their contentment.

About: Hey everyone! I am Izzi! I am a remote personal assistant & because of this I have lots of flexible hours. Apart from loads of childcare experience & nannying for many families with pets ranging from dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, I also frequently house sit & pet sit in the area Philly suburb area! I am super easy going & very flexible, I love all animals & being outside in nature. I grew up with two HUGE amazing & cuddly Bernese mountain dogs. Marshall, who is still with my family, has a ton of health problems, so typically feed him special food, provide his medication & ear drops when my parents aren’t in town. They have a place in FL & the Bernese would just be too hot in that climate so can’t go down with them! I am extremely active and enjoy yoga, hiking, skiing and running! I joined Rover because I have ample free time & would love to spend it loving your furry friends! I typically have 1-2 remote meetings a day between 9:30-1pm ET. During these meetings though I can provide house sitting services. Before & after these meetings I have tons of free time. If you need super early pet care, late/overnight care, & even during the day I am mostly free! I grew up with 2 large berneses! One is still living with my parents, who split there time between PA/FL so I often take care of him. He has TONS of health issues. He gets special mix of wet and dry food w/ coconut oil each morning, daily allergy medication, & ear drops. I’ve had to administer different medications for him as well such as fever medicine. I typically roll this medication in some cheese & that’s how he gets it down! I am capable of any type of care for any animal such as feeding, walking, giving medication, taking to the vet, taking to the park etc. My roommate also has a Pitt mix & is in Vet school, so I occasionally feed & walk him for her when she is busy. He is very enthusiastic & strong so I can manage these types of dogs !

I'm available for overnight pet sits, check ins as well as dog walking. I take care of pets in client’s home with the utmost respect and care as possible. I take responsibility of the pet and home as if they were my own. If there are instructions left for the pet I will follow them to a ‘T.’ I also have the ability to intuitively pick up on the pets cues of being anxious, uncomfortable, happy, sad and any emotion in between. I have lifelong experience caring for animals, and currently have a crew of 2 cats, 2 goats, and 1 rescue doggie at my beautiful 2 acres in Tres Piedras, NM. My work consists in leading local hikes with the assistance of the Nigerian Dwarf goats, "John Waters" and "David Lynch." Daisy, the 2 yo Rhodesian Ridgeback/hound mix, loves to frolic and play with other doggies, and is friendly with cats. We are conveniently located just past the intersection of 285 and 64, en route to all of the best Northern New Mexico or Southern Colorado adventures.
