“Nancy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I am a first time Rover client and I am completely amazed at EVERYTHING!!! I am a paranoid corgi mom, whom looked past Petco and Petsmart, (nothing against them) but like I stated, I am paranoid. Nancy definitely took away my paranoia by sending me pictures of Max throughout the night and giving me updates on how he was doing. I do have in laws as well that we could have left our, pembroke welsh corgi, Maximus with but as sad as this may sound..(I don't really trust them with the care and attention that we personally give our boy) I feel as though even if I had given them directions, of what time his dinner was and how to give him water, and/or what he seeks in attention, they would have completely ignored me and/or thought I was ridiculous. Being able to let Nancy know what Max needed to be comfortable, and how we gave him his dinner and treats and her being open to do as we asked was just amazing in it self!!! Meeting her for the first time when dropping off Maximus (no meet and greet before hand) she made us feel completely comfortable and reassured us that he was in great hands, and I believed her!!! Remember, I am paranoid haha. The fact the Nancy lives less than 5 miles from where we reside is absolutely amazing. The love that she has for her own fur-babies of all different shapes, and sizes proves alone that she is an animal lover. She made us feel so welcomed and safe, by her doing so we knew our boy Max was in great hands!!! I know I repeatedly say how amazing Nancy is and everything about Rover is amazing (because they helped us find Nancy) but it's true!!! As a first time Rover client, I do most certainly recommend Nancy. Thank you Nancy, not only for your amazing service, but for giving us peace of mind on our, mostly my, first time away from our boy Max. We are definitely going to be regulars!!!
