“Ann is the BEST!! This was my first time using Rover and leaving my pups for more than a day; I was sooo nervous!! But Ann made me and my pups feel so comfortable right from the intro meeting!! I have an older Chiweenie who was abused and doesn't do well with people and new situations...Ann showed me pictures daily and was very responsive each time I reached out. My baby was getting pets, and sitting right beside her!! She knew her medical issue the moment i mentioned it. My other baby, a teacup Pom is very clingy, and and needs walking every day. Highly recommend Nelly! Charlie was with Nelly for 10 days while we were away. She was very kind, open minded and welcoming towards him during our pre meet up! We appreciated the daily updates and photos she gave. Also beforehand we didn’t know how Charlie would react to cats, so we requested Nelly to expose him to hers which we appreciated; turns out he’s great with them! It was really heartwarming to know we left him with someone who truly protects and cares for him. We’re definitely booking with her again! We had the best time on our trip because of her!! Phillip and Jenny were absolutely fantastic. They were the perfect fit for my dog. They took very good care of Mila while I was away. Mila is not a super social dog. So I appreciated their patience and understanding. Phillip provided updates and photos. I felt so comfortable and secure with both Phillip and Jenny.
Maria was very accommodating watching our senior chihuahua and 5 year old yorkie. She kepted me updated throughout the 2 day boarding by sending me photos and updates. My dogs enjoyed her spacious backyard. Maria made sure my senior had his medication every morning as requested. She was also accommodating when I was running late for pick up. Absolutely AMAZING! I am so thankful to have found Izabella! She and her family are wonderful! I needed someone to stay in my home 🏡 with my 3 month old Chorkie 🐕 & 7 year old 🐈 cat and she did a superb job! It was scary having someone you don't know stay in your home for a week, but she made it a great experience! My animals love her and are so excited every time they see her! Finding Izabella was a true blessing! I can't imagine anyone else loving and caring for my pets when I am away!💞
