I work strictly weekends, but I am here for you if you need to go out of town during the week or need someone to walk your pet during your work hours I feel like pets do better in their own home, I will lfollow feeding instructions, make sure they are played with and taken care of.

About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I am very knowledgeable about cats and their needs, and I can promise you, your baby will be taken care of as if they were my own (aka like perfect princess angels that I’d go to war for) I work from home, so I can immediately take care of any and all needs. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.

About: My love for dogs started in third grade when I wrote a persuasive essay to my parents about why I want a dog. I grew up with two mini Australian Shepherds (yes, because of my essay) and to this day, my enthusiasm for dogs still grows. I work full time in the office. I can accommodate check ins and walks in the evenings Monday - Friday. Depending on location, I can also check in before work. Before I come take care of your dog, I will make sure that any of your questions and concerns are answered as well as any questions I may have.
About: What started off as a favor for a friend turned into a genuine love for all pets. As a pet owner myself, I understand the guilt and sadness that comes with leaving your fur baby with a stranger, so it is my mission to make sure that the owner as well as the pet feel comfortable enough to put their trust in me. I am a student with a part time job. I have available time for any animal with any need. Evenings or even night walks are perfect. Boundaries are important, not only for the owner before the pet as well. That is always my top priority. As well as treating a pet as my own.

Mary was excellent and went above and beyond when taking care of my two dogs. One of my dogs had a problem with her paw shortly after we left and Mary handled the whole situation very well. She was very communicative and asked questions when necessary. I knew they were in good hands the whole time!
We had Bayley drop in for our pups dinner time two days in a row. Both days we came home late and our dogs were tuckered out from their hour with her, they didn’t even care that we were home! So nice to know they were fed, loved on, and got some good energy out of their system. We recommend Bayley and would rebook with her in the future!
Heather was absolutely fabulous and will 100% be booking her the next time I am out of town! As this was my first time leaving my kittens for multiple days I was a bit nervous, but Heather did a phenomenal job calming my nerves and taking care of the kitties. She sent a plethora of photos and videos and recounted a detailed account of each visit. She was incredibly kind both with her care and her communications with me. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
