About: I’ve had dogs my entire life from frenchies to shelties. I’ve worked in a dog store for over a year. Let me give you peace of mind while you’re away. On a weekly basis I have a flexible schedule that will allow for me drop by to check in and love on your babies. I work from home on most Wednesdays which allows me easy access to swing by. About: I have been watching fur babies for few years now by word of mouth and my coworkers from work . Mostly Dogs and cats I watch . The biggest dogs I have watched was Great Dane and the smallest dog I have watched was cava poo puppy. I personally have a mixed hound myself and his name is Buster. I currently work full time at Costco . But my shift starts are second shift so the latest I’m off on the week days is 8:45 and on the weekends I start earlier so I am off by six. When I watch the fur babies I am usually asked to stay in their home so I do what I normally do my day is an early day I wake up at 6 am . I feed and walk the animals before I head to work . On my days off if it’s okay with the owners I tend to take the animals to the park and go for a pup cup ! If it’s okay with the owners I ask can buy the animals the pup cup. I keep dog seat in my car and for larger dogs I keep a large seat cover with a seat belt holder. I prefer to go to the Clients home because I understand that animals do better when they are in their own environment. I tend to stick to the owners routine .

About: I’ve dog sat and house sat for friends before and they have trusted me with their house and animals, generally for 1 week but sometimes for longer or shorter. I take very good care of the home and animals, listen to instructions careful and apply those instructions in order to be helpful. I will always be upfront and honest with everyone and I always communicate well. I currently work as a full time server at Texas Roadhouse and live by myself. I am not married nor have any kids yet so it’s just me. My schedule is pretty flexible in the morning to early afternoon due to having to serve at night generally. About: I've always loved dogs! As a dog-owner myself, I know the stress of leaving a pet at home, both during the workday and when on vacation, but also what it's like to have the peace of mind that comes with a trustworthy pet sitter. I love giving pet parents that security of knowing their baby is happy and safe while they're away. I have cared for dogs ranging from the puppy stage to senior years. I have experience providing medical care to dogs ranging from post-surgical care such as monitoring for adverse reactions to anesthesia, to facilitating recovery from ACL repair surgery by providing heat/ice to the affected leg and following surgeon's orders for increasing walk length on a variety of terrains to help the dog regain muscle strength. Most recently, I have cared for a senior dog who was partially deaf and had arthritis. That experience taught me to intentionally stay in his eyesight, and to tailor the pace and length of walks and playtime to meet his gait and energy level. My full-time work allows me to be available on a variety of weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Depending on the day, I am either very flexible and can come whenever your pup needs me, or am more limited with evening-only availability. So just ask! I only walk dogs in an escape-proof device such as a Martindale or chain ("choke") collar. I will not walk a dog in a flat collar or harness, even if the device is advertised as 'escape proof' or the dog does not have a history of escaping. This is for my peace of mind as well as yours, and for the safety of your fur baby. In addition, when I am walking your dogs, they are my first priority. I am not on my phone so I can pay attention to my surroundings and the dogs in order to maximize safety for both of us. Finally, to make my time with your fur baby as positive as possible, I require a meet and greet with you and your pet before coming to care for them by myself.

About: Hi! My name is Alex and I'm a lifelong animal lover! I’ve had dogs all my life but learned so much more when I started fostering in 2014. Over the years, I’ve raised four dogs of my own, fostered 8 dogs for three different rescue organizations in Kentucky and Ohio, and continue to volunteer with local rescues. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet as an individual—whether they’re energetic puppies, mellow seniors, or anywhere in between. I work second shift during the week and occasional Saturday’s. This gives me time in the morning to work with the pups and get them nice and tired for an afternoon nap! Oliva is a dog whisper, and a true animal lover. She is gentle and patient with your animal, has alot of knowledge about different dog behaviors and great instincts on modifications if needed. Olivia is very dependable and a great communication. She is to talk to if your schedule changes or your pets needs change. She goes above and beyond and really forms an instant connection withe your dog/ cat. My dogs knew when it was time for her to come take them for there walks, they would be waiting by the front door for her like clock work. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
