About: I am an avid dog and cat lover that wants to live vicariously through your pet. I'm a full-time social worker whose career is caring for people in community. However, my passion doesn't stop there. I also love animals! I was born and raised with cats and dogs throughout my whole life. When caring for your dog or cat I treat them with love and care as if they were my own. I love giving lots of ear scratches and belly rubs along with taking them outdoors on walks. I feel better being in the outdoors hiking and if your loved one does too, I'd love to share my passion with them. I love animals of all ages and sizes. Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions or concern you may have about myself or your loved one. I am working in person but can accommodate a certain schedule with advance notice to fit any fur baby into my flexible schedule. I have a reliable car that is dog friendly. I’m able to come to you, or pick up your loving pet. I have one fur baby to keep your pet company. I’m employed with the state and have passed all background checks. I will protect your fur baby as if one of my own.

About: I’ve had several years of experience with pets of all different kinds. I used to work for a professional pet sitting company, a dog day care, and currently work at a vet clinic. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, reactive dogs, shy dogs, and hyperarousal behavior. Punctual, flexible, kind, funny, and smart, she has turned out to be exactly the right person for our needs and preferences. Pivo goes nuts with excitement when he sees her coming. He performs zoomies on walks, and even though she says he's tired out, will do them when he's back. We love her! Yay, Cara! Awesome job!”

About: My family and I have just moved to the Kalamazoo area from Tampa, FL, where I worked as a full-time veterinary assistant for several years. Additionally, I have accumulated hundreds of hours volunteering at animal shelters. Between these two, I have developed skills that allow me to be comfortable caring for all kinds of animals, and allow me to help those with specific needs, such as medication/fluid administration, first-aid, aggression/anxiousness, puppy/senior care, etc. Feel free to reach out with any questions! :) I am currently working part-time as a vet assistant. I have wide-open availability Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, and I'm available Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays after 5pm. Long walks, extra love, and positive "good boys/girls" all around. It's important to me to be patient and understanding with any animal, and really listen to what it is that they need. I have no issue interacting with animals who may be reactive, anxious, aggressive, or all of the above.

About: I have been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, for family and friends who are pet parents, I am their first choice when it comes to pet sitting. I have also volunteered at my local animal shelters and to me, the animal's well-being is my highest priority. I have a job with flexible work hours so I can always make time to take care of your best friend. I also work remotely so I can be with your pet for however long is needed. If I am at the client's house, I will follow any and all special instructions involving taking care of their pet. I will make sure the dog is fed, gets plenty of exercise, clean up any messes, and just make sure that they feel safe and cared for.

About: I grew up around dogs. My grandma always had dogs around and I loved helping feed, walk, and bathe them. When I got older I convinced my parents to get me a dog of my own. On top of having a dog I also have experience working in a doggy daycare and boarding facility. Pet care fits into my routine quite well. I am currently entering college as a freshman, however I am taking around half of my courses online. Because I am only in class a couple days a week I have plenty of time on my hands to just be at home. In my home I will have a designated room for your dog to eat and sleep. This is beneficial as I have a dog of my own and while she is not food aggressive it will just help me keep an eye on your dog to ensure they are eating their own food in the right quantities. I will also have a designated space for their personal belongings and any medication to make sure it stays safe. If your dog sleeps in a kennel there will be a space for it, however if not there will be a dog bed for them to use. I will also communicate with you a proper plan for exercise and play time based on age, energy levels, and needs of your dog.

About: Since I was a young girl, I have always had family pets who have quickly become my best friends. I currently have two dogs back at home in FL, and have always cared for them whether that be dog sitting while my parents are away, walking & feeding them, or even just giving them cuddles. I am a sensitive and caring individual and have a sweet spot for dogs, treating each as if they are my own. I am an avid animal lover and fall in love with every dog I meet. Since I do not currently have my own dog, I am always looking to spend time with friends and families pups. As your care provider, I can promise daily updates including photos, calm and patience with dogs of all ages, playtime and exercise, flexible scheduling, overnight stays, and most importantly love and attention to your prized pups. I am currently a graduate student at Western Michigan University so am only taking a few night classes! I would love to spend my free time with your furry friends! I have lots of experience caring for my own families dogs, along with other friends and families companions. I will ensure your pets are happy and loved as I spend time with them. I also will make sure your home is secured and the safety of your pets is my number one priority while I care for them!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was 7 and my mom brought home a beautiful plumpy golden retriever. I was responsible for many things like walking and feeding and training growing up. I’ve dedicated my whole summer to working with my other part time job and taking care of your dogs! I love animals and I think this is a great opportunity to get in my fix for a pet that I want super bad but can’t afford right now. I’m super gentle and loving, I love when dogs are playful and we have a good time together. I believe your dog is great hands.
