About: Aside from owning 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a reptile, I have worked as a kennel tech at a dog daycare for almost a year. There, I worked with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and conditions, ensuring comfort and ample enrichment. Also, I am studying wildlife sciences to work in wildlife education and I love all types of animals (except wasps). Before the semester starts, I am available all week! After that, I can come spend time or board on mornings and evenings on weekdays as well as all weekend. With each pet and home, I’d make sure to take the time to familiarize myself the pet(s) space and preferences. I would care for and enrich the pet(s) as if they were my own, making sure to spend quality time in ways that are more receptive to them. I’m also open to accommodating various specific requests and also care for other pets (e.g. fish, snakes, bunnies, etc). I’m more than happy to welcome pets into my house. In those cases, I’d spend time testing compatibility and comfort in my environment with my own pets and accommodate the pet(s) as necessary to ensure low stress but plenty of enrichment. About: My husband and I have owned our dogs since 2018, adopting a third in 2024. We've been fostering for a rescue for nearly 3 years- we've fostered/rehabilitated 16 dogs through adoption so far! We call them our "foster alumni" and often see them back for a weekend of pet sitting. I work a standard 9-5:30, so my availability is limited to nights and weekends. About: A lifelong love of animals has led to me learning how best to care for them from a young age. I'll make sure your pets feel happy, comfortable and safe! I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, chickens, turkeys, and guinea pigs, and I'm willing to work with all animals except arachnids and insects. I wake up at around 8 every day and go to bed around 11, and I can adjust pretty easily if I need to be up earlier or later. I can mold my schedule to another routine very easily (and enjoy doing so!) and working with animals fills me with so much joy that doing the best job possible is barely a job at all. I'll meet your pet where they're at. If they don't want to be sociable, that's fine! I'll make sure they're fed and have water and they can come to me in their own time. If they want to be attached to the hip from moment one, I love that too.

About: Hi my name is Abby Laderoute! I’m currently a student at UGA. I grew up in a household with lots of dogs and I have been pet sitting for other people since my freshman year of highschool. About: I have personal and professional experience with watching dogs and I’m a huge animal lover. My rates are low because I’m just starting out on Rover, I’ve only done pet sitting for family and friends. I have a very energetic 2 year old who I spend a lot of time outside with, so they’ll get plenty of playtime. I have lots of time for playing or walking while we’re outside. And during nap times we all get to take a break inside for a couple hours to snooze 💤 I take my dog/s on a walk 2x a day and a few hours for supervised free play, on 1 acre of unfenced yard.
