He was very professional setting up a quick meet and greet and provided numerous photos and updates about the drop-ins. My two cats were well taken care of, oral medication were administered on time, and most importantly she was great at reading their body language and giving them exactly the attention they needed! I definitely recommend Catherine!
Eleanor did an amazing job taking care of our cat Jax that is facing kidney issues. Jax requires multiple oral medicines as well as an IV injection daily, neither of which he is a fan of, but Eleanor was able to swaddle him, administer his medicines, and make it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.
