“Cassandra was so wonderful - she always sent me plenty of pictures and even helped me when I needed a last minute visit due to an emergency! Thank you so much for giving such amazing care to my kitties!!”

About: I grew up with cats and developed a lifelong love for animals from an early age. Throughout high school, I regularly cared for cats and dogs for families in my community, gaining experience with companion animals of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I also volunteered with a service dog organization, where I worked with dogs ranging from puppies to adults and learned how to handle a variety of training and behavioral needs. In addition, I have experience using Fear Free handling and training techniques to help animals feel safe and comfortable. As the owner of a reactive dog, I have firsthand experience managing behavioral challenges with patience, consistency, and compassion. I'm currently working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to check in, play, or exercise your pets! I have a wide range of availability, and I can't wait to meet your pets! I tailor my care to each pet's individual needs and routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. In a client's home, I follow all feeding, exercise, medication, and enrichment instructions while maintaining the pet's normal schedule as closely as possible. I provide plenty of attention, playtime, and affection, while also respecting each animal's personality and boundaries.
“Colleen was amazing! Very friendly with our girls and great communication with us while we were out of town. Above and beyond even cleaning up after them in the yard!! Thank you!!”

About: I'm a lifelong animal lover from Wilmington, Delaware, and after retiring from 34 years in education, I decided to follow my heart and spend more time with animals. I've had all kinds of pets over the years—dogs, cats, even horses—so I know just how much they mean to us. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to have someone reliable, kind, and caring looking after your pets (and your home) when you can’t be there. Whether it's a walk around the block, playtime in the yard, or just some company while you're away, I'm here to make sure your furry family members feel safe, happy, and loved. I am retired after 34 years in education and have a flexible schedule that can meet your pets daily needs- morning, noon or night. Additionally, I have lived in the area my entire life so I am very familiar with the neighborhoods. I will visit your pets as requested. They will be walked responsibly and I will ensure they have fresh water and treats if allowed. If requested I will bring in the mail and any delivered packages.
“Maya was great with our 2 dogs. She was reliable and on time for every visit. We were away for a long weekend and were very busy. Her check ins and pictures of the dogs she sent showed me they were good and well taken care of. I would highly recommend her and I will definitely ask her again.”

“Eleanor did an amazing job taking care of our cat Jax that is facing kidney issues. Jax requires multiple oral medicines as well as an IV injection daily, neither of which he is a fan of, but Eleanor was able to swaddle him, administer his medicines, and make it as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend.”

“Cara is the best! She takes care of Gambit as if he is her own dog. He looks forward to seeing her, going on walks and playing. I don’t think I’d ever find anyone as great as Cara! I consider her part of the Gambit family”

“Matthew provided excellent care for our two cats. He posted daily photos, which I greatly looked forward to each day while on vacation. He has excellent communication skills, and I know my cats will miss him! I would definitely recommend his services to any other cat owner that is looking for a cat sitter!”

“Kaitlyn was great! She was very communicative, sent daily updates and pictures and was wonderful with Novella, who can be shy. My cat was relaxed and well-cared for when I got home, would definitely book again!”

“Amanda did an excellent job watching our kitties. She is highly dependable, flexible and does a thorough job. I would definitely love to have her watch our cats in the future.”

“Margaret did a fantastic job checking in on our kitty while we were away for a week, making sure he got all the attention and playtime he needs. I loved receiving the detailed notes and pictures after each check-in! We will be reaching out to her again when we travel, for sure 😊”

“I am so happy to find Catherine to care for my Molly. Catherine is reliable, very attentive and communication could not have been better. I would highly recommend Catherine and look forward to working with her in the future.”

“Jeannette took so much time to care for Kingsley, our older dog. He was happy to see her, and she gave us great updates on his care while we were out of town. Jeannette was clearly patient and so kind to our boy. Thank you!!”

“This was our first time booking drop in visits with Marissa and she was amazing! We have very finicky cats and she didn't even blink when I told her about their specific requirements.”

“Maya took great care of our Luna! She’s carefully followed the directions left for her and wrote a very detailed note after her drop in. Hopefully we’ll be able to book Maya again soon!”
