About: I have worked in a veterinary environment as well as a doggy daycare for dogs all ages. Growing up my family had an 80 pound Pitt mix who chose me as his person. I currently work second shift full-time M-F (12:30pm-9pm). I am available for walks/ drop in visits in the morning during the week. I can also stay overnight in your home during the week. Weekends, I am available any time other than Sunday mornings (9am-noon). Pets deserve the highest quality of care. This can look different for every pet. I promise that regardless of your pets specific needs, I will treat them as if they were my own.

About: I'm a freelance animation writer and dog lover who has had dogs his entire life and enjoys walking and sitting his friend's dogs. Now I'm looking to walk and sit even more dogs to supplement my writing income while also taking advantage of my extremely flexible schedule. I'm very patient, attentive and affectionate with dogs. When I walk, my attention is on the dogs (not my phone) and when I dog sit, I treat your home how I'd like my home to be treated if someone was staying there (i.e. not really wandering around and/or touching stuff, ha) and again, all attention is on the dog. “Jana was an incredible pet sitter for our 2 cats and 2 Pomeranians! We had a last minute death in the family and Jana was able to come with very little notice and stay in our home while we were away. We even had to extend our trip and she was able to move some things around to stay and take care of our babies for an extra 3 days. She was extremely communicative sending us photos and updates daily. We left the house in such a rush things were a little messy but she was kind enough to wipe down the counters and do the dishes which we really appreciated- she even washed her own linens from the guest room she was staying in and made the bed for us. I know that all of our animals were happy and taken care of and we will definitely be using her again.”

“Alexa house sat for our almost 16 year old dog named Elvis. We were concerned about the stress of him being boarded away from home at such an old age. She was wonderful! She came over and met Elvis and us prior to our booking her services. She kept in contact as the date came closer and sent daily pictures of our pup with status while we were away. She contacted us the day we were coming home to make sure our flight was on time and that Elvis would be ok if she left at the time we had designated. Alexa even helped get our mail and brought in some packages that were delivered while we were gone. We would definitely use Alexa again.”
