She came over and met Elvis and us prior to our booking her services. She kept in contact as the date came closer and sent daily pictures of our pup with status while we were away. She contacted us the day we were coming home to make sure our flight was on time and that Elvis would be ok if she left at the time we had designated. Alexa even helped get our mail and brought in some packages that were delivered while we were gone. We would definitely use Alexa again.”

He hadn't "bonded" with the cat before I left town but sent plenty of photos showing that they got along and my cat was comfotable hanging out with him.
