About: I’ve regularly lived with/taken care of pets in my adulthood. Walking, pet sitting, house sitting are all activities of which I am fond and familiar. Always happy for any chance to spend time with dogs/cats and help relieve stress on their owners. I work from home full time and have an incredibly friendly/energetic dog of my own. He loves playing with other dogs, so you can count on their constant stimulation. I have a house with an unfenced yard located in the Apple Mountain Lake community. I will generally crate your pooch overnight, and may ask you to bring one along if you are boarding more than one dog at a time.

About: I got my first dog at the age of 10 and trained him myself, aswell as other family dogs we grew to love over the years. Now 30, I have 2 pups of my own that I’ve given my whole world to. I love my animals as if they are family and yours would be no different. I believe animals bring out the best in us & I try to bring the out the best in them when I can instill any behavioral help! I’m currently working part-time and spend the rest of my day as a homemaker while my son is in preschool so I would have plenty of time to handle your pups after I drop my son off in the morning. I can provide walks, medications, feedings and free play in our half-acre fenced in back yard. I follow your guide lines with meal times and breaks. What’s important to you is what I aim to achieve in my visits wether that be play time, picture updates or cuddling on the couch making sure they feel comfortable when they stay for a visit or I come into their space. If your pup is one that can be ornery and needs more supervision rest assured I’m always home and do not leave them unsupervised unless we have arranged for them to have a crate if I need to run out. These are all things we can discuss in a meet and greet!

About: What sets me apart is my personal experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and life stages. I’ve raised and cared for five dogs throughout my life, including Labs, Golden Retrievers, Chihuahuas, and German Shepherds, so I understand the very different needs of small, medium, and large breeds. I trained my own puppy from 8 weeks old, teaching her a wide range of tricks and good behaviors, which gave me a lot of patience and training skills. I’m also comfortable handling more challenging dogs as one of my Chihuahuas was very aggressive, which taught me how to read body language and safely manage reactive pets, from a young age. In addition, I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs. I’ve helped raise multiple dogs into old age, including a German Shepherd that lived until 15, and a Labrador Retriever that lived until 17! I understand the gentleness, and care older dogs require. Overall, I bring a lot of confidence to this role because of my genuine understanding of dogs at every stage of life. I just finished my undergrad and plan to be home all summer. I begin graduate school in the fall online and will practically have no big everyday commitments. I have a few vacations planned but besides that I am an open book willing to work anytime. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible. (Dogs know their schedule!) I follow all instructions closely and carefully for any specific care needs. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, exercise so they feel comfortable while their owner is away. I have cared for dogs that experience extreme distress from their owner being gone and I have developed my skills to better care for dogs experiencing this. I’m also very attentive to behavior and health, so I can quickly notice if something seems off. I respect my client’s home by secure and exactly as I found it. My goal is to make both the pet, and the owner feel completely at ease, just as I would want if my dog was being watched.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. We have always had a pet for as long as I can remember. I love animals. I have taken care of puppies to senior animals. I have plenty of free time, so I would be able to keep your fur baby company anytime needed and give them lots of not only play time but affection. About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and done training and dog walking in a shelter as a volunteer. I love getting dogs outside and letting them run around. I have been hiking with my dog for his entire life and was able to train him on the leash and off the leash to allow us to have the freedom to run free and the ability to get him on the leash and behave around other dogs and people on the road and on the trails. I have been dog sitting for the last 8 years and love spending time with all the pups. I can’t wait to take care of animals and give them the necessary play time and exercise when you’re not there to. I keep my schedule updated to where I am unavailable when I work to allow for your pets to get the utmost care. However I am willing to work with you around my work schedule! I have experience with reactive dogs and I will keep your dog safe and on a leash unless in a fenced in yard. I prefer staying at the dogs home to help them stay comfortable

About: I have always loved taking care of and spending time with all sorts of animals. I have personally trained two of my own dogs and have helped out with training for friends and family. I have walked and exercised dogs of all ages and sizes. I have raised puppies and kittens from birth and am very experienced with care before and after birth for the moms.
