About: I have walked and dog-sat for 7 years now with great reviews. Taken care of small 15 pound dogs to 80 pound dogs. Able to care with full attention and provide the best support. Flexible schedule, with willingness to negotiate certain times. Own 1 dog of my own, and have always had a dog in the house. I do not have any prejudice against specific dog breeds. Friendly personality, easy-going, and willing to match any dogs energy levels. Any restrictions, such as food or physical, are able to be accommodated and discussed. Possibility of last-minute scheduling, but be mindful of possible conflicts. I would need to know if the dog has any history of violence or biting, as that is a key factor for me to plan. I am a freelancer and have no major commitments that require my attention so I am able to fit pet sitting into my schedule very easily. I am able to do walks short or long, play dates, travel, medications, crating, dietary challenges, and most requirements that would come up for a pets needs.

We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. Linda really seems to love the dogs, she had 1-2 fosters there when we arrived (not sure, as I think I only saw 1). While I'm sure it was hard on both of them, we do sincerely appreciate her taking on our dog for a few hours, so that we could attend the wedding of an old family friend. About: Hello all! I’d love to help you with your pet care needs. I have had pets most of my life, and am the current owner of a 3 year old chihuahua mix, and an 12 year old chocolate point siamese. I started using Rover over the summer a few years ago and have had so many amazing clients! It has also been a great experience when it comes to socializing my young pup. Before using Rover, I took care of family members pets and would find my own boarding, dog walking and drop in clients. I currently do pet sitting in addition to my full time job. I work for a high school so I get plenty of dates off including winter, spring and summer breaks. During these times I’d be home full time. Otherwise, Monday-Friday I care for the dogs when I wake up, go to work, come home and continue their care. That’s pretty much all I do. I have a fenced yard that gives my boarders (as well as my pup) plenty of room to run and play! Boarders stay on the main level of my house and are allowed on furniture, unless discouraged by owners. You are more than welcome to bring anything you think would make your pet more comfortable during their stay (ex. Beds, crates, favor toys or treats). If you crate your dog/s at night or while no one is home, I will do the same. I work full time but can balance your pets needs with my schedule. They will have a morning routine of going outside to potty and eating before I head to work. I often leave a tv on for them and I also have cameras to keep an eye on them while away. When I return home, they will have free roam from being inside to going out to the fenced yard to play and explore whenever they would like. I’ll feed again in the evenings (based on your feeding instruction of course) and eventually tuck them in for bed. :) For boarding, your pet will have access to my fenced in backyard where they can play and explore. When I’m away from the house, I can crate your pet upon your request. I leave it up to the owner! Your pet will be boarded on my main level. I NEVER leave pets outside and unattended while away from the house.

About: I got my first dog at the age of 10 and trained him myself, aswell as other family dogs we grew to love over the years. Now 30, I have 2 pups of my own that I’ve given my whole world to. Overnights are my specialty. I have no pets or children of my own thereby emplyment is my only commitment. My household has pets and roommates travel extensively so I feed, love and whatever other pet needs arise. I am and happy to accommodate as it takes a village with pets!

“We are SO SO happy we found Kristen! We had a one night trial and our pup couldn’t have been happier. We then had her go back for a whole week while we were on vacation. It was wonderful because Kristen checked in when we asked for it, which was nice since we were on vacation. I say "the Millers" because, although Ruth is the sitter, they are a package deal -- a lovely family with a welcoming menagerie of their own. “Leslie is incredibly kind and attentive. She took my dog out for a lot of exercise, and kept him happy and safe while I was away. She provided plenty of photos and video updates and followed instructions to a T. She has a big backyard and comfortable looking house in a quiet neighborhood. My dog is usually pretty shy and can take a long time to warm up to new sitters, but he was right at home with Leslie. I would definitely recommend her to others, and plan to book with her again in the future.”
