Ethel joined my life officially on January 2, 2025, after boarding with me several times throughout 2024. She quickly proved herself to be calm, confident, and remarkably good at managing group dynamics. A few days after she moved in, I discovered something extraordinary: Ethel was born on my 58th birthday—the very morning I was out walking a dog named Cuda. Since then, Ethel has become the heart of my home-based boarding setup. She’s the official hostess, a natural leader during playtime, and the quiet enforcer of naptime. Boarding runs smoother with her here—less chaos, better routines, and happier dogs all around. Think of her as the technical advisor for playtime logistics… and my most valuable coworker. I will follow their owner’s exact specifications. As long as it is safe and healthy for the dog or cat, I'll follow the owner's directions verbatim! I have always fed my dogs and cats Science Diet pet food!

About: Hi guys! I’m Katie and I’ve been taking care of almost every animal you can think of since I was 10 years old! I currently own 2 dogs and 4 cats and they are the loves of my life. I love all animals and want you to know that you and your pets comfort will always be my priority! I do work full time as well, so my schedule monday through Friday is only available after 5pm. Weekends my availability is completely open and ready to jump in however I can! I have a big yard for your dogs to run around in and one of the best neighborhoods to walk them around! They always have ice cubes in their water because that’s their favorite and yummy treat bones! My cats have cat trees, comfy beds, and treats galore! I understand that sometimes boarding your animals is hard on them and that they just want to be in their own space that feels more comfortable. If drops ins or over night pet care in your home is what you need, I am clean and organized and will ensure your home is kept how you like it!

About: I have had pets in my family since I was born and have be asked by neighbors and friends to care for their pets while they were on vacation since the age of 9. I would walk, feed, play and just hang out with them, whatever was needed. I have done bathing and have administered medication upon request. I honestly enjoy spending my time with animals. I was married last fall and currently I run my own business making flower crowns and fantasy artwork, which I sell at festivals here in Las Vegas. The shows I do are in Spring and Falll, and since my shows are seasonal and limited, I thought, hey, since I have always loved animals this type job would be flexible and a perfect match with the time I have. About: I have always had a huge love for animals and have experience caring for many different kinds of pets including rodents, rabbits, cats, dogs, and fish. Being around so many types of animals has helped me understand that every pet has their own personality and needs. What truly sets me apart is the heart I have for animals. When caring for other people’s pets, I treat them with the same love and attention that I give my own animals. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owner is away. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully so their pet can keep their normal routine. For dogs, I enjoy taking them on walks and, if the owner is comfortable with it, bringing them to the dog park so they can run, play, and get their energy out. I also make sure they are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get bathroom breaks, and receive plenty of attention and affection. For cats, I love spending time playing with them indoors, giving them attention, and keeping them company so they do not feel lonely. I make sure their food and water bowls are clean and filled, their litter box is kept clean, and that they have time to play and relax. I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior to make sure they are happy and healthy while in my care. ALL I HAVE NOW IS MY DEER FACED CHIHUAHUA WHO GETS ALONG WITH ALL ANIMALS. I WORK OUT AT 8AM EVERY MORNING AND AM READY TO GO AT 9:30! WHATEVER YOU WOULD NEED I AM NOW YOUNG RETIRED AND AM READY TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR BABIES!!! I HAVE A FULLY FENCED 1/3 QUARTER ACRE BACK YARD WITH AN ADDDITIONAL DOG RUN WITH DOGGIE DOOR THAT CAN BE LOCKED UP IF NEED BE. I LOVE TO WALK EARLY AND LATE AND WILL BE A HELP TO YOU COMING OVER YOUR HOUSE. CANNOT STAY OVER, THOUGH BUT YOUR FUR BABY CAN STAY AT OUR PLACE IN OUR BED!

About: This past summer I lived up in Denali, Alaska with 4 time iditarod winner Jeff King and helped raise and socialize puppies. My duties included feeding 18 adult dogs and several litters of puppies, giving them all water, scooping droppings, and even brushing the adults coats. I have grown up around and raised dogs my whole life, teaching them from puppies and even fostering some senior dogs. I've never met a dog I couldn't get along with! Friends know me as a very reliable person who shows up on time and always goes above and beyond. A few years ago I spent time taking care of an elderly dog named Marley who needed eyedrops and had a special diet. I absolutely love spending time with dogs and meeting new dogs and would love an opportunity to meet your lovely pup! I'm currently working part time jobs doing photography at weddings and events. The jobs don't eat up more than 6 to 8 hours in a day. Outside of the that I'm pursuing personal projects and trying to dog sit throughout the week. When I have dog sat for people in the past I usually spend as much time around the dogs or within their vicinity. I spend time playing with them, taking them outside and running around, and also feeding them on any schedule they need to be fed with. I'm very good at accepting and following notes on how to care for dogs. If they get into trouble in certain rooms I would keep those doors closed, if they are younger or more wild dogs I would make sure when I leave they are crated safely before I leave always with water in their bowl and optional food if the owner would like.
