About: I’ve had a dog(or multiple) in my house since I was 6 years old. From the start I treated them with kindness and patience. Especially since I had a gentle giant of a dog. I did start taking care of my dogs when I was 12 years old though and it was exhausting but so worth it. I’ve seen my dogs grow up for 10 years and they’re still wild as puppies. I give my current dogs various medications and have special diets. I just got a puppy so that’s been a good challenge. I am currently potty training, deterring unwanted habits, playing for hours a day, and watching her so closely. I love all pets though, I just have more experience with dogs, and quick at adapting to special needs and dogs with boundaries. I am available any weekday, and am able to have a free weekend. I take turns with my mom watching our rescue puppy but she is mostly guaranteed to be home or able to take her on car rides if I need to be somewhere else. I also have a reliable car I cannot care for your pets at my home, we have 3 dogs and only one gets very unhappy with other dogs so it’s best not to overwhelm him. However! I can and will respect your home or living space if you’ll allow me, I don’t need much, just the supplies needed to care for your pet and some space to occupy myself(if pet sitting). I care for my current pets by paying attention to what they’re trying to communicate, whether they need to go outside, play, eat, or get comfy. I walk my dogs very carefully, not pulling on the leash too hard but establishing some control if necessary.

If you need walks before sunrise or after sunset I will do this in a case by case basis if it is safe for me and your dog. I will not leave your pet alone for more than 4-5 hours or agreed upon hours during the day. If you do need 24 hr care I can provide that at twice my overnight rate. Advanced notice is required so that I can make arrangements to my schedule. I am very responsible when pet sitting and I will follow all of your instructions and respect your property when caring for your pet in your home. **California state law mandates rabies vaccinations for all dogs age 4 months or older. Monterey County requires rabies vaccinations for all dogs and cats age 4 months or older. Monterey County also requires all dogs must be licensed within 30 days of ownership unless you are traveler visiting. Please make sure that you provide these documents to me before your sit begins or I will cancel the sit and will apply the Rover cancellation policy. I do not use retractable leashes for dog walking for my safety and for your pet. I do have appropriate leashes for walking if you do not have one. For overnight sits please make sure that you provide a clean and comfortable environment and for me to stay. Including a clean and dust free sleeping area, clean bathroom & clean kitchen or food prep area. I will bring my own food and towels so there is no need to provide that. I will clean up after myself and your pet during my stay, but I will not do any major housecleaning. If your home is not clean enough for me to stay I will contact Rover for other arrangements for your pet. I can also do reasonable watering of indoor and outdoor plants.

About: I've had dogs for over 20 years but began fostering dogs about 6 years ago. I have fostered with the NSPCA and other organizations both here in Las Vegas and in California. I love animals and always want to make sure that they are cared for. I have nursed dogs back to health from many different situations. I have had pets all of my life and was raised on a farm where I learned how to keep pets happy, healthy and safe. I look forward to an opportunity to care for your pet when you are unable. I have a fenced yard with mesh covering the gate to ensure no escapees. I have two elderly small dogs with a large female dog who has completed lengthy training to become a service dog for my daughter. Our home allows pets to be on the furniture and crates if needed. We have a medium size dog door allowing them to navigate outdoors on their own. All pets in our home are spayed/neutered.
About: In high-school I began working at an animal hospital as a boarding attendant. From there I trained into being a vet technician and held that position for 6 years! I also worked for a major pet care company which allowed me to work with pets as well! I’ve had dogs, cats, rodents, and reptiles my entire life so I am very comfortable with all animals! :D I am currently working part time so my schedule is pretty flexible! It tends to change depending on the week but I can make time for all the pets needs! Mon-Thurs are my most flexible days but I can plan weekends out accordingly as well (: I currently have 1 dog who is very friendly and loves the company of other animals. I also have 1 cat who prefers dogs over cats and has no issue with doggies around. My back yard is shaded with rocks, making it easy for bathroom outings that have space and not too hot for their paws. I have space in the home for play and plenty of room for the fur babies to relax. I always keep a range of pet supplies on hand and I am ready for all my pets needs, as I would be yours!

About: I grew up with multiple pets and as an adult I have 4 fur babies of my own. I’m always very patient and loving with animals On my days off I am always home & when I do work it’s only half day. I already like to go on daily walks almost every day of the week. My pets at home receive daily attention, 2-3 meals a day, we go on daily walks and 4-5 potty breaks every day. About: I have had pets in my family since I was born and have be asked by neighbors and friends to care for their pets while they were on vacation since the age of 9. I would walk, feed, play and just hang out with them, whatever was needed. I have done bathing and have administered medication upon request. I honestly enjoy spending my time with animals. I was married last fall and currently I run my own business making flower crowns and fantasy artwork, which I sell at festivals here in Las Vegas. I was able to take care of them as they were older so I do have experience with senior dogs with special needs. I am kind and gentle and will love your fur/furless baby like it is my own!! However; we live in an imperfect world and accidents can happen, I would like to work with clients who are willing to work TOGETHER to find solutions to things that may arise. I am pretty free and open! Will be flexible to work with your schedule. Available most days of the week mornings and into the evenings. For pets that come to our home it will be a free for all throughout the house. For cats that stay I do request you bring their litter box. I will not let cats out of my house even if they use to being outdoors. They will not be familiar with my neighborhood so they will be kept indoors.

Weekends my availability is completely open and ready to jump in however I can! I have a big yard for your dogs to run around in and one of the best neighborhoods to walk them around! They always have ice cubes in their water because that’s their favorite and yummy treat bones! My cats have cat trees, comfy beds, and treats galore! I understand that sometimes boarding your animals is hard on them and that they just want to be in their own space that feels more comfortable.
