About: Ken and I grew up in loving homes with dogs and have had dogs all our married life. When I was growing up, we raised German Shorthair Pointers. Ken and I raised Shih Tzu's but had many other dogs along the way. We are retired and have lots of time for cuddles and kisses. Our backyard is enclosed for safe play and exercise. We have a great area to take dogs on a long or short walk. I would love to welcome your special baby(s) to join our family while you are out of town. Pictures and updates will be provided. They will have lots of love and attention, and we will make sure they feel comfortable just as if they were home. Dog sitting works very nicely into my daily routine. I do not have any job other than taking care of the dog or dog's I am sitting. I have a large grass back yard that they can run freely in and a pet they can play with. i can play games with the pet. They have free run of the house and if parents approve they can be on the furniture. They are fed separately.

About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats as a professional groomer for the past 5 years. I am a mom to a tripod Shiba Inu mix and a deaf Shih Tzu mix! I work for a school district 7-4 Monday-Friday. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
