About: I have cared for every type of animal from childhood varying from dogs, cats, horses, and goats. I have cared for these animals from birth to end of life care while administering end of life medications. I’m currently available throughout the week and weekends while I’m in between jobs. I currently do not have any restrictions in my schedule for my availability. I do have a new baby at home and would like to be able to bring her to long stays if it is a good fitting for your family and pets. If not, I completely understand and have alternative arrangements for her. I have a (small) fenced yard and two small dogs (pugs) who can keep your dogs company. I can also crate if needed. The fence is not equipped for large dogs and is approximately four feet high.

About: I’ve been taking care of all kinds of dogs since I was just a wee one. We got our first dog when I was 2. I started taking in cats when I was a teenager. Animals just seem to gravitate towards me and we always become best friends. I am reliable, super friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for your fur babies. I work part time as a hairstylist, and hang out with doggies and kitties the other part of the time. Sometimes you might find my head in a book or on a fun diy project. I can be very accommodating to whatever your pets needs may be. I am willing to travel, take them to fun parks, and feel comfortable giving any medications to your furry little loved ones.

About: I’ve had animals my entire life. I have also been taking care of pets for family members and neighbors for quite some time. I love meeting new furry friends and I hope to meet many more I am currently working full time, but I’m looking to move more into a caregiving job, working with animals more frequently. As of right now I can do morning and afternoon visits, as needed during business days I can come to a clients home and provide whatever care is needed, whether it’s taking a young pup on a long walk, or just hanging out with a senior pup in the backyard while they do their business and enjoy some sun. Or even playing with a kitty and some string in the living room.
About: I live at home but am alone most of the time with my 2 dogs taking care of them! I love every dog I meet and enjoy spending time with them. I walk my dogs almost everyday, bath them, feed them, schedule there grooming appointments, brush there teeth, let them sleep in my bed like its theres I am prepared making sure I have clear instructions, pet profile, and house rules. About: I’ve covered private care, dog walking, training, vet settings and grooming over the past 20 years. Currently I’m the lead groomer at a local doggie daycare specializing in behavioral rehabilitation. This means dogs in my care get folded into my pack and taken along for our day. We have a 1/3 of an acre to relax on and can reinforce training or loose leash pack walks during their stay. As I work with dogs full time, we can easily fold 1-2 dogs into our daily routine. Structured feed times, crate rotation, daily training and lots of playing in the yard are already a part of our day. Dogs can come to work with me if necessary where they will have yard access for potty breaks and a private area indoors, or stay home with my older girl who prefers the peace and quiet of sun bathing, and midday breaks for walks or time in the yard. We have a large home and yard to accommodate everyone, employ structured meal times and crate and rotate when necessary so everyone has 1-1 time at home.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
