Quality pet care is my top priority! While you're away I want you to feel secure and confident that your pet is in good hands. I am well versed in dog and cat behavior, as well as basic small animal care! My favorite thing about Rover is meeting fellow animal lovers and getting to know their pets. I especially love working with rescues and shyer dogs. Chihuhuas are my personal favorite, but I am comfortable handling most sizes and temperament!

For every booking, I like to meet with you and your pets ahead of time. I want to be sure everyone feels safe and comfortable with me entering the home while you're away. This also gives you an opportunity to show me around and tell me all about your pets and their quirks!

Karissa was fantastic! I was nervous about being away from my pets all day, but she followed my instructions exactly. She spent her time playing with my cat and dog. They both loved her. Karissa even took adorable pictures of them for me. I will definitely be booking her again in the future!

This was our first time being away from our cats for more than just a weekend, so I initially had a lot of anxiety being so far away from them for so long. But my stress evaporated after Karissa checked in and gave us updates on them. She does a wonderful job of describing their behaviors which made us chuckle a couple times "Yep that does sound like our cat!" And also takes wonderful pictures as well! She made it feel like they weren't quite so far away! We will definitely book Karissa again in the future!
Karissa has walked our dog many times. Caleb our pup is comfortable with her and we are too. Karissa has a lot of experience and we highly recommend her.

Schedule
I am a full-time college student taking online courses. My schedule is open and available for pet sitting. I'm hoping to add a few more regular clients to my calendar while I finish school.
