I was surrounded by cows, pigs, horses, chickens, cats, dogs — basically if it had fur, feathers, or hooves, I probably helped take care of it. I have cared for these animals from birth to end of life care while administering end of life medications. I’m currently available throughout the week and weekends while I’m in between jobs. I currently do not have any restrictions in my schedule for my availability. I do have a new baby at home and would like to be able to bring her to long stays if it is a good fitting for your family and pets. If not, I completely understand and have alternative arrangements for her. I have a (small) fenced yard and two small dogs (pugs) who can keep your dogs company. I can also crate if needed. The fence is not equipped for large dogs and is approximately four feet high.

I currently have a bloodhound who requires our constant attention so we are very experienced in making sure his needs are met including getting his exercise and getting his mental stimulation in. I am well experienced on being aware of how to keep our animals safe in hot/cold weather. I also had a 15 year old golden retriever so I am experienced in modififying walks, sleeping set ups, and transportation that best support our older dogs. I have a wagon that I no longer gets used after losing our golden so I would love to help your senior dogs enjoy life still. We have multiple rooms where your dog can feel at home as well as a tempurpedic dog bed they can use. I love going on hikes, swimming, to the boneyard and to the dog park!! I currently work full time but my schedule is pretty flexible in the afternoons and morning times to drop off. I work on the east side but live in Fitchburg so I could make stops on both sides of town. I have no obligations on the weekend other than hanging out with my dog cooper. I live in a house not fenced but we have a lead for the back yard and walking trails. I have three bedrooms with plenty of space for your dog. I will never leave your dog alone more than 4 hours.

About: Worked at a dog kennel and also fostering dogs for 14 years. Will work with problematic dogs. I can also provide baths and nail trims as well. I currently work at night so I could do appointments up until like 2pm depending on location or 1pm I work Monday through Friday. My work hours at my full-time job is 3 PM till 1 AM. Weekends are open I can only provide care for dogs in the owners homes. Willing to stay overnight with them or just check in on them can do that around my work schedule.
