About: I've been a dog owner for as long as I can remember. I currently have one nine year old Chihuahua mix on seizure medicine twice a day. We have a fenced in yard with a chain link fence perfect for letting your dog run around. I am usually up by 5am to go for a run or cycle. I work from home regularly so I can be flexible with letting the dogs out. I have a fenced in yard with one friendly dog of my own to keep your dog company. I have cameras in the home to keep an eye on the pups if I do need to run out.

I have been working in the animal care industry since 2012 and have worked with and trained dogs for a long as I can remember. I offer expert level care for medically complex cases and a fear free approach for anxious pets. I have experience working with anxious and aggressive dogs as well as competition trained dogs. Being crate trained is a must for overnight stays. I do have 1 large crate here but encourage you to bring your pet's crate from home if able. About: I have always had a dog or multiple dogs in my life. I treat them like family. My friends come to me when they need their dogs watched! I am currently unemployed. I had experience working with animals at Petco and I had a previous job working with puppies from age 8weeks up and LOVED it! I would like to do it again. I have two chihuahuas that are allowed to have free roam of the house and yard. They know their boundaries and do not get leashed in the yard. They are allowed on anything but the counters and table! About: My family and I truly enjoy watching other family’s animals. It allows us to help families not worry about their pets when they are not able to take care of them. I’m a full time teacher, so I have quite a bit of flexibilities during the summer time. I am available to board during the school year as well. About: I’ve had dogs all my life. I have a 7 year old golden named bode. I am familiar with medication distribution and other restrictions. Bode was diagnosed with lymphoma at 5 and has been in remission for 2 years. I grew up with labs as well as shitzus and my dad has a 9 year old golden. I would prefer to meet any candidate prior to boarding as they will be in the same space as my golden, he’s a gentle giant and gets along with all animals. Weekends are busy for me at the moment but will slow down come winter. I work from home so week days are great I have a lot of flexibility for walks and play time and potty breaks. I can easily crate every body for feeding, breaks for rest between play, etc. - I do this anyway with my dogs to ensure everybody is getting the correct portions of food :) all my dogs go for walks - so if your dog is good on a leash, we can include them too!

“Tanya was a godsend when it came to watching Butters our Border Collie puppy after a few surgeries leaving us unable to give him the best care. Our original sitter fell through and Tanya was able to squeeze in a meet and greet to make sure it all worked out for us. She provided updates and pictures that made me feel so much better about leaving him for a week. Tanya and her family truly took care of Butters as if he was their own family pet. She will be my go to in the event of needing boarding again and I can’t thank her enough for the care she gave our pup in our absence. She washed his blanket and sweater before sending him home and even made the cutest ornament of him for our tree. The little touches really make a difference. ❤️❤️❤️❤️”
