About: I have fostered and worked with rescues in Canada when I lived there. I have also been a cat and dog mom for the last 26 years. I have potty trained and fostered puppies and abused animals from different situations. I am comfortable with administering medicine as well as insulin shots. I own my own home and can sit in my home or yours. When your fur babies are in my home they have full access to the entire home as well as yard. They can sleep in my room with me or if preferred in the living room. I love to drive so I can also pick up or go to appointments if needed. I am retired and have all the time in the world right now to do what makes me smile! That means being an amazing loving dog and cat sitter. I get up every morning take the dogs to the dog park or a good walk We go to the beach and go on trails exploring After a fun day we usually chill out when it’s especially hot and then have a nightly walk before heading to bed. I treat my dogs like family and if in my home they will have the house as they feel comfortable. If I am in your home I will follow any instructions left to insure that they are comfortable and consistent. I own my own home and have 2 fur babies of my own. A 15 year old bichon and an 8 year old cockapoo. If your animals come to my home they will be treated just like my own family. I am available for 24 hour care as well if needed for long periods of time. I do not crate my dogs they have free run of my home and furniture.
About: I’ve always loved caring for animals, growing up I’ve had rescued and help rehome a few stray pups in need and it’s my joy to care for them. I own 2 senior toy poodles who are my world, they are very playful, social and love people, even though they have that small dog energy all the time. About: My family has owned numerous of dogs in our large family. From my Uncle's Dobermann trio to my mother small Pomsky (Pomeranian and Husky mix) I've taken care of them all. The dogs in our family are tired of me before I've run out of steam to play or walk. I own five cats at the moment though one of them acts like a caine. My cats are friendly and mind their business when I overnight board my mother's Pomsky or my sister's Old lab mix girl for a few days. Cleaning after animals do not bother me. I daily change 6 cat litter boxes. When I'm left clear instructions the job is done efficiently every time. I work from home full time and I'm awake before the sun come up. I'm ready to get the job done early and my job is flexible about my breaks. I can visit your pets anytime designated as I have my own vehicle. I have a open yard that's not fenced in though only one neighbor with a dog behind a fence. I'm working to fence my yard in the future as I like the idea to give sitted dogs that open space. For now know your dog will become part of my workouts and I love to walk about 3-5 miles daily. At my home your dog will be welcome to chill with us though during the night will board in the spare room in or out of any provided crates.

If your dog “shy” and not happy with high energy dogs, he/she can hangout with Laid Back “Layla”. If he/she wants high energy fun, he can hangout with Acer. All dogs are friendly and love other dogs. There may be additional dogs on the property. I will not sit more than four pets because I want to ensure I will be able to give each pet one on one attention. It may be at times that I will not have other dogs on the property. Please express your preference beforehand. I will not accept dogs with a bite history. If you have a dog that struggle to get along with others, please advise. I may be able to accommodate him/her.

I was a vet assistant and now I am a vet tech, so I am pretty experienced with taking care of animals. If your pets needs to be medicated, I have that experience as well. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
