Monique took care of our pup during an extended stay while we were out of the country, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Since it was our first time using Rover, we were understandably a little nervous, but Monique immediately put us at ease with her communication and attention to detail. Her home was very well set up for dogs, with a secure fenced-in yard, a great deck area, and thoughtful safety measures inside to make sure our pup stayed safe and comfortable. She was extremely responsive throughout the stay and consistently sent updates, pictures, and videos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, our pup came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. Stephanie was the most amazing host to my two Corgi's Charlie and Hazel. They absolutely loved their mini vacation. They loved their walks and trips to the park. Charlie is always nervous with new people and new places, but he quickly became comfortable in Stephanie's care. Will most definitely book again!
Andrea was super nice and managed to accomodate our last-minute Christmas booking. She kept us updated with lots of photos and videos, and our dogs looked quite happy and relaxed. Her house has a fenced-in area that they loved to play in. Most impressive of all, though, was that Andrea let the dogs into her bedroom (they are used to sleeping next to us), on Christmas no less. Our dogs seemed in great shape when we picked them up after their 3 day stay. She seems to be a very caring and careful dog sitter. We would have no hesitation in our leaving our dogs with her again. Jacqueline was very professional and eased my concerns with leaving my baby for the first time, I was so nervous. I was sent pictures of my baby which calmed my nerves down.
