About: I started pet sitting at a young age. I've always been around a variety of animals; dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, etc. I've taken care a quite a few elderly animals who've required extra care. Such as; medications, red light therapy, needing to be carried in and out of the home among the many other things that they need. I have a lot of experience with young animals as well. I've had quite a few puppies myself and understand the importance of routine when it comes to the basic training that comes with the territory. I've babysat and house sat many cats and dogs, even a few rodents. I'm new to the area and I have plenty of time on my hands. My weekends are always going to be more available than my weekdays however I'm more than willing to accommodate given enough notice. If you have a protocol and schedule for your animal I am more than happy to follow your request as long as you let me know what your specific needs are. I'm happy to help aid you with any training that you are pursuing with your fur babies while they are in my care. These are your babies and I know how important it is to keep up a routine with animals to help them feel more confident and relaxed while you’re away.

About: I have ample room and time to love on your fur babies!! I currently do not have any dogs but love them all! I also have a basement with a separate gate if your pet needs space by itself. I live close to the mountains so if you want to take the day to hike/explore sperryville I am your go to:) I work from home and love my animals!! I am fortunate to have the flexibility to take care of my farm animals and others when needed. I own a small farm with plenty of space for walking and also have a fenced in garden than I can use during the colder months for secure play for dogs.

“Alan was requested last min. and was still able to accommodate my crazy last min planning. My Nola, is a medium size 8month old pitty. She's stuborn, yet sweet as can be, she feels intittled to belly rubs especially from new faces. Nola, tends to get annoyingly over excited with all new faces. She still has a leash pulling and jumping matter we are adressing in her dog academy training, non of those annoyances seemed to phase Alan one bit. He even came the same day I requested his services to meet Nola (all very last min.). I appreciate his flexibility, time managment, and most importantly communication curiosity (quick response time). I'm a single mother of an autistic little ball of 10yr old hyper sunshine 🌞 ... aswell as a full time Private Care for elderly and sick. Both work and personal life are very demanding. About: I have been around dogs my whole life. They truly are a man’s bestfriend. At home I have a beautiful white lab, he is 95lbs of pure love thinking he’s a lapdog. I also have a King Charles Cavalier that is the princess of the house. She is so happy and spunky and keeps us all laughing. Previously I have owned Cocker Spaniels, other Labs and a Maltese. I started dogsitting when I was 11 years old. I had just arrived at my grandparents house and I saw this little dog wandering around and he ran right to me and I saw the owner walking towards me up the road. The puppy let me pick him up and we walked all the way to the owner. He and his wife were pilots so whenever they were flying I was working and I was ecstatic to have my first job looking after their two dogs. Through the years I’ve done Bathing, walks, feeding, medications, shots , vet trips, etc. I truly love dogs and seeing them happy, and giving their families peace of mind that their beloved pups will be well loved while they are gone. I send texts and pictures of each visit and keep in communication with the family. If you choose to trust me with your four legged family member I guarantee they will be well taken care of and loved. I am a teacher so I have Summers to offer. My Schedule throughout the school year fills up so book in advance because I also do tutoring, and nannying throughout the week. I would love to meet you and your pup. Just reach out! I will not be able to have any dogs in my home personally because of home owner restrictions. In the clients home I would provide feelings, walks, medication, or whatever else the puppy would need. If there is a history of dogfights or biting I am not the person for you.

About: I’ve taken care of many pets of my friends & family. I absolutely love getting to meet new pets & makes sure they’re taken care of and also have fun! I work mornings to early afternoon. I am available after 3 most days and on most weekends! I am flexible and able to adjust based on a client’s need(s). I would treat any dog or cat as my own! I would make sure they have water, food, etc to be properly cared for. I will also treat them as my own with lots of pets :)
