“Kayla was a great sitter for our pup. We needed help last minute, we did a meet and greet and then our dog stayed for a long weekend. She came home exhausted from all the fun and play. She was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Kayla for your sitting needs.”

“Michele saved my life, I always take my dog everywhere but for obvious reasons I couldn't go to Cedar Point. I contacted her and she quickly said yes. She walked her and took care of her until the afternoon. She sent me photos so I could check her status with my dog. Highly recommended. Thanks Michele.”

“I took my dog, Mike, to David for an overnight stay because she gets nervous around new people and I would like her to be more comfortable in new situations. David and his family treated Mika like family and allowed her to gradually grow comfortable in her new surroundings. I highly recommend David -- caring, professional and knowledgeable. I be taking Mika back multiple times.”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and currently have two dogs and two cats of my own, so caring for pets is part of my everyday life. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your fur babies because I would only want the absolute best care for mine. I have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and energy levels. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, administering basic medications, walks, crate routines, playtime, and of course plenty of cuddles. Living with both dogs and cats has also helped me become very attentive to animal behavior and body language, which allows me to keep pets safe, calm, and happy in my care. I treat every pet like they’re my own and make sure owners feel comfortable with regular updates and photos. My goal is always to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment while you’re away. Pet care is already a big part of my daily life since I have two dogs and two cats of my own. My day naturally revolves around feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and making sure my pets are happy and comfortable. I do work full time, but my job is very flexible. When I’m booked for pet sitting, I’m able to adjust my schedule or take time off to make sure I can fully focus on the pets in my care. I prioritize reliability and planning so every pet gets the attention and consistency they deserve. My home is clean, pet-safe, and thoughtfully set up to create a calm environment. I remove any hazards, keep floors clear, secure doors and gates, and ensure all pets are supervised at all times. I follow each pet’s routine closely — including feeding schedules, medication needs, exercise, and playtime — so they feel right at home. I understand how important trust is when it comes to your furry family members. I pride myself on being reliable, responsible, and communicative. I provide regular updates, photos, and quick responses so you always know how your pet is doing. Whether your pet loves active play, cozy naps, or extra cuddles, I tailor my care to their personality and needs. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind and your pet a safe, loving home away from home.
“I cannot recommend Ralph highly enough! From the moment we first met, it was clear that he has a genuine love for animals and an incredible ability to connect with him. Leaving my dog, Butters, in someone else’s care is never easy, but Ralph made the process completely stress-free and gave me total peace of mind. Throughout the entire stay, Ralph went above and beyond to ensure that Butters was happy, healthy, and loved. He kept me updated with regular photos, videos, and messages, which made me feel like I was still part of my pup’s day-to-day life. It was so heartwarming to see Butters smiling, playing, and clearly having the time of his life! When I returned, I could tell that Butters had been so well cared for—He was happy, relaxed, and clearly adored their time with Ralph. It was as if Butters had gone on a doggie retreat. I honestly think my dog misses him already! If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and truly passionate about what they do, look no further than Ralph. He is a gem, and I feel so lucky to have found him. Thank you, Ralph, for treating Butters like your own and for giving me the confidence to leave my furry family member in your care. You are the best! 10/10, would absolutely book again!”

About: Animals have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, dogs, cats, and parrots were always members of the family. I also spent two years working at a pet hotel, caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs, including senior, sick, and reactive dogs. I adopted my own dog, Montgomery, when he was six years old, and he’s been my best friend ever since. We enjoy walks, car rides, and the occasional treat run. I have a fenced-in backyard and provide a safe, loving environment where your pet will be treated like family. Whether your dog prefers playtime, cuddles, or a quiet place to relax, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I work from home full-time, which allows me to provide plenty of supervision, attention, and potty breaks throughout the day. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine with my own dog, Montgomery, so caring for your pet will fit naturally into my schedule. Whether your dog enjoys playtime, walks, or simply having someone nearby, they’ll have company and care throughout the day. I have a fenced-in backyard and work from home, allowing me to provide plenty of supervision, attention, and outdoor time. I’ll follow your pet’s routine and treat them like family.

Amherst dog parents share their Rover experiences
I was a first time boarder and very worried about my rescue, very spoiled bichon poo, that only likes me. I took a chance on Annie and she was perfect! She was so patient with our boy. She sent me videos and photos during the 9 days and even made up the fresh chicken, kibble combo he eats. He loved her dog Cooper and I think really missed him when we got home. I will definitely be calling Annie again!

We are so fortunate to have found Amanda! Her expertise and care are beyond expectations. She is simply “The Best” One expects that their pet will be taken care of properly as far as food and shelter. What we were pleased to find out is just how special Amanda is. Our less than one year old puppy (who is a rescue), Had so many insecurities to deal with. Amanda handled them with only the skills that a true dog lover could. Thank you Amanda for being so loving and caring with our special pup. We relied upon her for twelve consecutive days and are so pleased with the outcome.
