“We have taken our dog to Margaret a few times and would highly recommend! She took our dog for a walk in the park and sent photos during the stay. She has good quick communication. Well worth the cost knowing she is with someone who cares for her the same way we do!”

“Kayla was a great sitter for our pup. We needed help last minute, we did a meet and greet and then our dog stayed for a long weekend. She came home exhausted from all the fun and play. She was well taken care of. Would definitely recommend Kayla for your sitting needs.”

“She's amazing!! Super accommodating when my flight was delayed from the snow. She took great care of my pup and updated me frequently with a video or picture! She's a great petsitter!!”

“Nora always loves her time with Derek and his dogs Rudy and Emma! We love that we can go out of town with the peace of mind that Derek will take care of Nora as if she’s his own! We will continue to book with Derek for all our future needs!”

“Michelle was absolutely amazing with our husky aurora! She has mild anxiety and we were a bit worried to leave her but Michelle made us feel so comfortable and Aurora and Michelle’s Pup Rocky seemed to have a blast! We loved all the pictures and updates we got! Will definitely be using her on our next time out of town!”

“Kelly is the absolute best! Anytime we have to go out of town, we know that our dog is in the best of hands. Constant updates and communication the entire time. We are worried that our dog is always sad to come home because she gets so spoiled staying with Kelly.”

“Sharon was wonderful with my cat Liam. It so happened that our trip was met with a major winter storm, and Sharon went above and beyond to accommodate us in the midst of travel complications and bad weather. Liam had an easy time getting along with Sharon's own pets, and communication was great.”

“Stacie and Doug are the best! They treated our Westie like the Queen that she is and sent us notes so we could remain connected. We met in advance of our booking to get to know each other and they were very kind when I had some last minute changes to our agenda. Our pup got along very well with their pup and we would recommend them for your pup as well!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Lorain
Needed to find someone to watch my dog for the weekend while I traveled out of town super last minute, Sharon replied instantly and approved my boarding days that I needed and took my Rambo for 3 days, sent pictures and communicated very well while having him super grateful for Sharon!

Ralph was amazing, he accommodated our girls and treated them as if they were his own. He ensured that they were the only clients he had during their stay to make sure they were comfortable. He sent so many photos and made sure that we knew that were well cared for during their first stay with him. There was no doubt. Our large breed is shy and after our first meet and greet, she warmed up to Ralph so easily and she does that with no one. He has a way with animals that makes them feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Ralph but I would like to be able to book him in the future 😉

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
