About: I've taken care of all sorts of pets for friends and family ever since I could drive myself. I've taken care of senior pets, special needs pets, and have had to give medication to pets who need it. Besides taking care of others' pets, I grew up having tons of dogs, and I currently take care of my three cats. I'm currently a college student, so my schedule will revolve around my classes. That being said, I try to allow myself plenty of time beyond classes, especially in mornings and evenings, and I will always have weekends free. Here's my current schedule (when I will not be available): Monday: 11-6 Tuesday: Free! Wednesday: 11-6 Thursday: Free! Friday: 10-2 Weekends: Free! I always go outside with a pet to make sure everything is okay (no gates are open, they don't eat anything bad, etc.). I've had a few walk-aggressive dogs growing up, so I know how to safely handle escalated situations on walks. Overall, I put safety above all else because pets are such big parts of our lives, so their safety is a must.

“We've had Jenny over for both drop-in visits and overnight stays with our dogs. Our two particular pups can be a handful; we have one extremely energetic Australian Shepherd and one older, somewhat temperamental and anxious lab mix. Needless to say, they both require a lot of very different types of attention. Augi can display some fear aggression and she does really well with paying attention to his body language and giving him what he needs to calm down. Jenny is really great with them. She is extremely punctual even when we aren't and was very flexible when our plans had to change last minute--twice. We always feel like the dogs are more calm and attentive when we return than they have been with other sitters. Definitely recommend!”
About: I’ve been a pet parent myself for 10 years, caring for my own dog while looking after multiple cats. I’ve looked after friends and families animals so I am very comfortable stepping into new environments. I’ve gained hands on experience with pets that require medication (including pills, liquids, injections, etc). Whether it’s a gentle cuddle session or an energetic walk, i’ll match your pets energy making sure they feel loved and happy. I’m based in East San Jose and happy to travel a bit farther!! I'm a student with a pretty steady routine, so I have reliable blocks of time for pet care. On weekdays, I'm free in the late mornings and early afternoons — my classes run from about 12:00 to 3:20 PM, and I'm done by mid-afternoon. I have hockey practice on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:15 to 9:30 AM, but I'm back home by 10:00. Weekends are more open, I always know the schedule ahead of time and can plan around them. I'm rarely away for more than a few hours at a stretch. I plan my week around confirmed bookings and make sure your pets care never overlaps with something else. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel comfortable. I always leave the home clean and like to send updates (whether it’s a text or a photo) after visits so you know how things are going. If anything comes up (a change in behavior, a mess, or something out of the ordinary), I’ll let you know immediately. I treat every pet and home like i’d want mine to be treated.
“Mailys was an amazing caregiver to our 14 year old cat Louis! She was dependable, did everything we requested without fail, even went far above expectations when Louis had an "accident" to clean it. One night when there were heavy thunderstorms in the area and Louis was afraid, she made an extra stop to check on him to make sure he was ok. She did this voluntarily because she was worried about him. I highly recommend Mailys to any pet owner. She is a wonderful person who truly loves animals and can be counted on to take good care of your pet.”

Diane went above and beyond caring for my 2 cats! One of my cats is very anxious, and Diane did an amazing job letting him warm up to her. She clearly has a knack for animals, because he became best friends with her. Diane sent amazing updates and photos for each visit, and it gave me so much comfort knowing my babies were getting just as good (if not better) care as they would with me. She also did an awesome job giving both my cats oral meds, which is a feat itself. I will definitely be asking for Diane’s help again!!
Madison was everything I could have hoped for watching my babies! She left me feeling confident in her and sent ample check in photos. When I get home from a trip, usually my cats seem more agitated but after Madison watched them, they were quite calm and content when I get home. I would absolutely trust Madison for future trips! Lucky to have found her!
Hannah is a wonderful petsitter! She took perfect care of my two elderly, fragile old lady cats. My fur babies are very shy around people they don’t know, but Hannah was able to coax them into interacting with her. She sent daily texts, photos and even a video showing my normally reclusive cat accepting love and purring like a little machine. ♥️
Caroline was great with our boy, Ted. He can be a little standoffish, but she had him purring and playing within just a couple of days. So appreciative of the daily updates and pictures while we were gone, and the house looked great when we got home, too. Would definitely recommend!

We are so pleased with the care we get from Heaven. Our kitty is very reserved and loves to hide. She isn’t used to company and you would think that her and Heaven were long time buddies.
