About: I have over 500 hours of dog watching and raising experience (outside of my own pets) and spent over 800 hours volunteering cat care for kittens and disabled kitties I am a grad student with a totally flexible schedule and can work from home easily if needed! About: Growing up with large breeds (Bernese Mountain Dog & German Shepard), I’ve always been a lover of all pets, especially dogs. Since relocating to Blacksburg area for work 7 years ago, I’ve pet sat for a variety of animals in the region, ranging from puppies to senior dogs with specific medical needs. It would be an honor to meet and care for your pets! I work full time at VT (a few days are remote/week) and part time at a brewery, although both schedules are quite flexible. I am happy to adjust schedules or remote days to meet your pets needs! I don’t have any pets in my current home, so I’m flexible to either board at my townhouse or stay at the pets home! I offer both options to all families and willing to drive up to an hour distance.

About: I worked in the vet industry for 3 years at a spay and neuter facility. I have worked with a range of dogs and cats and have animal handling expierence. My preference is smaller dogs but I don't mind working with larger animals. I have also done dog walking and pet sitting for 2 years for family members. I am not certified in anything specifically but I did work as a vet receptionist and did vet assisting for 3 years. I have watched dfferent training videos on animal behavior and animal handlnig when working at the vet facility. I am a full time student with a part time job already. I am looking for something on the side with flexible hours for me. So I have afternoon availability on monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. On weekends I am available in the morning or afternoons. I cannot do pet sitting at my house. Unfortunately I have dogs and cats and the dogs do not play well with others. But I can provide dog walking, check in visits and sometimes pet sitting at my clients houses.

About: Hi there! My name is Kaitlyn and I have experience with everything from horses, to wolf-dogs, down to cockatoos and fish! I live a pretty active lifestyle, and love taking my guy out for runs and adventuring/hiking around the area. I would love to go exploring with your pups! I absolutely adore animals and treat them all with the utmost respect. I have experience with both puppies as well as senior dogs and have been around animals all my life. I started young with family pets and have recently within the past 4 years gotten one of my own! I own a Husky, German Shepherd/Malamute who's my big ole baby Potato! He's absolutely my whole life and if you can imagine it wasn't easy finding someone who was able to watch him without the help of Rover, which is why I wanted to also contribute and try and help others out because it's saved me in a bind or two! I currently work Thursday-Sunday, however am available Friday mornings before noon! I am flexible the rest of the week as I do have a child! About: I've taken care of dogs ever since I can remember. I've watched friends, family & neighbors dogs as well as rescued dogs that I've had sent to rescues for the breed. I love bringing them to dog parks if possible and consented by owner. I work as an entrepreneur wich helps me to have extra time to do with as I please. I can almost set my own time Feed them, let them out to pee, play with them and take them on hikes or to the dog parks. I also can bathe if needed.

About: Hello! I love all types of pets and currently have two dogs of my own. I am a student at Virginia-Maryland college of veterinary medicine trying to earn some extra money by doing what I love, playing with pets. I have experience with all types of pets at varying sizes and personalities. During my undergraduate career, I raised two Seeing Eye Dogs and helped other raisers with training. During this time, I worked at a veterinary hospital, participated in animal specific events like vaccination clinics, and groomed. From healthy puppies and kittens to seniors who need medication, I have seen it all and am prepared to help with whatever your pet needs. I hope I can meet your fur babies and shower them with love while you’re away. I offer additional grooming services, ask about them if your interested. As someone who owns two dogs, pet care is a priority in my life. Both of my pups get plenty of one-on-one time as well as long walks and enrichment in the house. During the day, the pups are crated while I am at school, but if my boyfriend is off of work they get to run around and play. As soon as I get home the dogs get taken out and fed. Along with daily care, I take care of all of their grooming and medical needs as well. I currently live in apartment complex which has a dog play area for your furry friends to get plenty of exercise. There is also a trail connected to the complex which will be utilized for long walks and plenty of sniffing opportunities. Both of my pups are very friendly and would be happy to be your pet’s playmate during their stay.

About: I have worked with animals since I was 16, I worked at a pet resort for 2 years. Then when I went to college, I worked at the universities dairy farm. I am majoring in Animal Sciences and want to care for animals the rest of my life! I am taking care of animals on top of being a full time Virginia Tech student, but my schedule is pretty flexible.
