I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, monitoring for changes in behavior, and ensuring pets receive the individualized care they deserve. I am a single mom to my active 14-year-old son, who shares my love for animals. We both enjoy spending time with pets, and caring for animals is something that is already a meaningful part of our everyday lives. I work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but I have a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM that allows me to check on pets, provide potty breaks, walks, feedings, or companionship during the day. After work, I am available in the evenings to provide additional care, walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is for pets to have a consistent routine and feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I currently care for my two Basset Hounds, Cooper and Charlie, and they are an important part of our family. I am committed to making sure every pet in my care receives the exercise, affection, companionship, and individual attention they need. In my home, my two Basset Hounds, Cooper and Charlie, have access to our fenced backyard through a doggy door, allowing them to go outside as needed throughout the day. They have a consistent routine that includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection and attention. When caring for pets in a client's home, I strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. This includes feeding according to their schedule, providing fresh water, taking them for walks or potty breaks, cleaning up after them, administering basic care as instructed, and spending quality time with them. I understand that pets are most comfortable when their routine remains consistent, and I will treat your pets and home with the same care and respect that I give my own.

About: I’ve taken care of my neighbors labs, my relatives cats, and a friend’s german shepherd all since I was around 15! I’ve stayed overnight, but also have just visited to walk dogs. I’m working a consistent job that ends at 2:30pm! Always available to play or care for your dogs or cats afterwards and completely free to stay during the weekends! I make sure to routinely feed when needed and cuddle or play with pets to make sure they feel loved! I also make sure there’s nothing bad for them laying around.

About: I grew up on a farm with 5 dogs. When I moved to the US, I got my own puppy (a golden retriever), and I trained her myself. I foster dogs and cats from nearby shelters. I always make sure to follow instructions for a seamless transition for your animal! I have a dog myself. When my family and I got her, I signed a contract to take care of her myself. She is now almost 8 years old, always full of joy and in great health. I love to play with dogs, and get them tired and ready to take a nap! I am ready to clean after dogs if needed (in the house and outside), and take care of them no matter their needs. I want you and your pet to feel taken care of.

About: Customers will love that I love animals and they will be able to feel it! I have had many animals for long periods of my life. My Cagney ( a min pin) passed when she was 16. My Boo ( a black cat) passed also when she was 16. They were the best! My babies are always interesting - all their personalities make them all so different just like people, except that they love you unconditionally. They are always there no matter what! One of my all time favorites was a bulldog I used to pet sit. He was a funny slobbery clumsy little man. Sliming corners of my jeans and my shoes and running as hard as he could to me when I came thru the door and always ready to hang out and cuddle. Fun stuff!!!!! One customer had two cats that required lots of love visits! They loved to play and run all over when u visited. Mommy Suzanne loved pics so my son and I would get them playing and start taking pics. Sweet personalities. My weakness used to be taking in animals when I couldn't afford any more. I try not to do that now - instead I try to place strays that others bring me into other good homes. My brother took in one such cat that I took in as a rescue. Jazz brought him and my brothers wife a lot of happiness over the years! I currently work full time but work from home but and can work from your home if house sitting and/or visit when needed thruout the day(s). I follow your lead. Whatever you allow them to do i will allow and will restrict as you see fit. I go by your rules.

About: I’ve cared for dogs & cats since I was kid and will care for your fur baby like they are my own! I’m an avid walker/runner and happy to help you and your pup in whatever way you need—drop in visits or walks. I have cared for senior pups before and am happy to care for your’s if that’s what you need! I’m a full time PhD student doing research from home with a flexible schedule. I’m hoping to help someone walk their dog or stop in to play with their cat from time to time or on a regular basis if we’re a good fit! Mornings & evenings are generally easiest for me to come by and go on walks, but I can be flexible midday depending on my schedule. I’m currently a Cat Mom who loves to have play & cuddle time when I’m not working (or even sometimes when I am). I don’t have a dog but would take them out regularly on my daily walks! I’m also happy to drop in and visit your pup—for playtime, snuggles, or just some companion time!

About: Current dog mom of 2 and love to care for all animals! I’ve always grown up with a dog in the home and I began my petsitting journey at age 13 when I began petsitting for my neighbors. I’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, hedgehogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, and fish. I’ve cared for dogs with extra needs (blind, anxiety, behavioral issues, etc.) and am comfortable administering medicine. I’ve watched up to 6 dogs in one household and am comfortable if more are involved! I volunteered at my local animal shelter throughout college working to socialize cats and dogs to help find their forever home! I have a large fenced in yard and live close to walking trails. My dogs are very friendly and love to be social with other, well-behaved dogs! I currently work from home 3 days a week and can offer drop-in visits before 8am or after 5pm. I’m flexible to do one time drop ins or regular scheduled drop ins! In my home, I make sure to keep your pup in a normal routine while you are away. I’m respectful and want you to come home to pup(s) just how you left them!
