A pipe froze and burst while I was out of town and she took immediate action when she discovered the flooding in my home. She called the county water authority to have them assess the issue, ensured the main was turned off, and even brought water from her own home for my cats since there was no longer running water at my house. Emil has been a huge help and great for our dog Bailey. I could tell her was a dog lover right when he met Bailey. He is punctual, active with Bailey and leaves a note to provide an update on the drop in. He has been very patient with our puppy Bailey and tries to take her for a walk to encourage her.
Fantastic sitter; highly, highly recommend!! Calailah was very kind to our two kitties even when Orion wasn’t very kind to her at first. Orion usually doesn’t like new people but he warmed up to Calailah in one day- the fastest he’s ever warmed up to someone! Will definitely be reaching back out next outing!
The last time my family and I went away we had to put our pets in a daycare and our dog got sick so our experience with putting them in a daycare was tainted. So this time around I chose Rover but I was very nervous about It however after speaking with Haylee I felt much better and confident that things would go well.
