I have had and cared for animals all my life. Throughout high school and college, I also worked for a veterinarian in multiple capacities. My family and I have also fostered for the Cecil County Humane Society. I am a teacher, and am available all summer long to meet your pet care needs! I can very easily adjust my schedule to work with yours. I am a dedicated fur momma to my 2 large breed dogs, and to my 2 cats as well. I have always enjoyed spending time with and caring for pets.

Janis always does a great job taking care of the cats and is very responsive to messages.
Janis did an incredible job with my dog, Sandy while I was out of town! I was worried about leaving her, but Janis was communicative and thorough and you can tell she really loves animals and what she does. We got pictures and summaries of every walk and updates that made me feel so much better knowing my dog was in good hands. I'll recommend her to everyone!
We recently went to the beach and I was late finding a pet sitter. Our previous sitter we used through Rover moved so I was on the hunt for someone new. Janis responded to my request right away. She quickly scheduled our pre-trip visit so she could meet our kitties and get the layout of things. Our kitties Eve & Harvest took to Janis right away. She communicated well and took wonderful care of our babies giving them lots of love and treats. To top things off, she is trained on how to give a cat an inhaler which was a big plus for us. Our youngest kitty, Harvest has asthma. While it is controlled and him not having the inhaler for a few days was not a big deal it gave me such peace of mind knowing he was still getting his medicine while we were away. We'll definitely look at using Janis again in the future!
