A typical day
My dogs and I walk daily and love to play indoors and outdoors in our fenced in yard! We also work on continuing our obedience training lessons on a regular basis.

Pet care experience
I have had and cared for animals all my life. Throughout high school and college, I also worked for a veterinarian in multiple capacities. My family and I have also fostered for the Cecil County Humane Society. I am a teacher, and am available all summer long to meet your pet care needs! I can very easily adjust my schedule to work with yours. I am a dedicated fur momma to my 2 large breed dogs, and to my 2 cats as well. I have always enjoyed spending time with and caring for pets.

Janis is the real deal! She was so great with our babies while we enjoyed a week-long vacation. Her updates and photos were both thorough and thoughtful. Having a senior kitty with health issues is stressful in and of itself, but that stress amplifies when you’re away from them - knowing that they were getting the best care (plus extra love and treats) really put us at ease. Not only did Janis provide excellent care for our cats, but she also cared for our home; she brought packages inside, took the trash out, and cleaned up hairballs. THANK YOU!
Janis did an amazing job watching our dog while we were away at our wedding! It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in great hands during such an important weekend. She was reliable, caring, and clearly treated our dog like her own. We came home to a happy dog and couldn’t be more grateful.
