I work with plenty of older dogs and puppies, and I am comfortable with any size dog breed. If you are booking with me for the first time, please allow time for a meet and greet at a park near you before the booking is finalized! I am able to read dogs body language and understand that your dog is your baby, so I will never be aggressive towards a dog. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
