About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 15. I was raised with a dad who trained dogs and passed down the love of dogs to me. I take care of all my family members dogs when on vacation. I take care of friends dogs and have become the dog sitter for everyone I know. I work from home. I am able to take them on daily walks and let them out constantly through the day. I have an hour lunch where I can provide daily exercise. I provide a safe environment where dogs can play in-fenced backyard and able to be available all day to tend to their every day needs
“Thank you for caring for my three elderly dogs. You were amazing. Thank you for being so patient with them, especially since two are rescues and required Incredible patience and time. You are worth every penny!! Thank you!!”

About: I’ve owned dogs and cats since I was nine years old! I have pretty good understanding of how to best care for dogs and cats from small to big. I’ve also always been the “can you wash the dogs” person in my family, so if you need your dog to get a wash when I go see them, I can definitely do that too! Since I just graduated from college, I do have a more open day time schedule during the week, and my weekends have opened up a lot more. There will absolutely be no trouble with taking care of your doggos and cats week days from 11am-4pm and weekends from 12-5pm! At my house I do have a fenced in backyard, and a big neighborhood to walk the dogs through so they get thorough walk time! I also can crate your dog before I leave so they don’t run wild in the house, if you needed that!
About: I have experience in playing fetch, training, playing games, feeding, watering, snuggles & cuddles, and have an eye for safety and correct guidance to keep your baby safe.💕 I’m available in mid mornings to take them to the bathroom/feed/ water. Afternoon/evenings after 2 pm. I’m looking so forward to hearing from you and your Paws 🐾 I would first and foremost greet them in a happy way to start building a loving & trusting relationship with them. Take them outside to use the bathroom and probably sit outside with them (weather permitting). I would read the instructions if any, make sure they have had all meds/food/water. Play fetch or games if needed. Then if your baby likes tv we will watch “Paw Patrol” while brushing their hair and just chill for a bit and get to know each other.
About: I worked at a dog boarding center for a year. As well as taking care of family and friends animals before. I feel like I’ve had a way with animals since I was younger, even without trying animals seem to attract to me. I currently have a part-time job but with pretty flexible hours. In January, I start school, but it’s a hybrid schedule so it’s only three days out of the week. In my home, my pets get fed once a day but they’re on a pretty strict diet so we feed them lots of fresh meat and vitamins. They have a backyard to run free in and are constantly getting attention from me. I currently have four dogs and back home with my parents I have one dog and a cat.
“Charytie was incredible sweet. Our dog Bella, was immediately happy when meeting her. She was great at communicating with us to ensure she met all of our standards. We found a go to girl to watch our fur baby when we're gone!”

About: I’ve cared for my own, family and friends pets of all kinds since I was just a kid! I volunteer at an animal shelter in my spare time. I’m available to pet sit all days of the week. I understand life can happen on the fly so short notice booking is okay with me! My focus is to respect and care for your pet and home as you would! Any special need or request is top priority and I’m open to any questions you have.
About: I’ve been petsitting for my friends and neighbours since I was 12, including administering medication, cleaning messes, housekeeping, and most all other common tasks and chores. If there’s a task you need of me that I don’t have experience in, I’d be glad to learn. As of right now I’m still in school, but after graduation (end of May, roughly) I’ll be available nearly 24/7. It’ll be ideal for me not to be scheduled for boarding on Fridays, but I will, of course, if your schedule calls for it! I absolutely value the trust of my clients and the safety of their pets, and will always do everything I can for them to feel they can leave their home and the pets inside it safe and secure with me.

I'm available on the weekdays after 4 most of the time and on The Weeknd's whenever sometimes I work on saturdays and I get off at 12 pm. I'm very caring with my pets. I have a 2 acre fenced in yard with 3 chocolate labs who can keep your baby company. I can also crate as needed! Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Abilene
Levi watched our pups for us last minute, and we’re so thankful he was able to say yes! He took great care of them and kept us updated while we were away, which gave us peace of mind. This was our second time having Levi watch them, and he once again made everything so easy for us. We really appreciate how dependable he is and would definitely have him watch our pups again!

Kimberlee was amazing!! Her commitment to the schedule and care for my little baby boy made me feel at ease about leaving him for a couple of days. Definitely trustworthy and super responsible!! I hope she is available Everytime I need to leave in the future!! Thank you Kimberlee!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.
