About: Notice: I require proof of a current rabies vaccine prior to booking. Your fur baby will receive the same love and care as my own. I've always had dogs and cats in my life and I have experience with all kinds of breeds, including pit bulls, retrievers, and terriers. I can accommodate most dogs, but I cannot board dogs who have a high prey drive. I require a Meet & Greet before your first booking. I live in a typical Detroit-area brick ranch with a fenced backyard (privacy fence against a chain link). I never leave dogs outside when I'm away from home and although the yard is fenced, I supervise and play with my guest dogs when they're outside. I've owned a Springer spaniel, two Labrador retrievers, and an American bulldog. I have experience with many breeds and can handle just about any dog. I've hosted everything from teeny little 7-pound terriers to a 150 pound Newfoundland. I no longer have a dog of my own, so dog sitting lets me be a dog mom a few days at a time. About my yard I have a typical suburban Detroit backyard - fenced on all sides with a gated driveway. I have a large deck on the back of the house and a small/medium grassy area. Although my yard is fenced, I never leave my guest dogs unattended while they're outside. My experience in administering medication I have only administered oral medication. My main job is pet sitting and walking, so your baby will receive lots of love and attention from me. Please see my schedule for availability. I ask pet parents about routines and feeding schedules. In my home, I use a baby gate to keep dogs from escaping out of open doors. My back yard is fenced and I supervise dogs when they go outside. I have a large crate for dogs who need to be crated when left alone or for dogs who are comforted by being crated. I only use a crate for dogs who use them at home. When I’m house sitting, I take a similar approach, but I also double-check the home is secure when I leave.

Dena truly does a wonderful job of caring for the creatures in her charge.”

“Becky has always loved on our Molly whenever we have needed her to. She takes such good care of her and is always willing to be flexible. Molly can be rambunctious at times and Becky always takes it in stride and has cleaned her up if she gets muddy or gets in the trash. She truly loves and cares for animals and it definitely shows . The last time she had my dog, she came home with a sweater because she looked cold. Truly the best dog caregiver!”

“Kalee and her family did a great job on short notice for a two-day daycare booking. It was Remi's first time with them but we were able to have a meet and greet the week before and that went very well. They liked him and I'm pretty sure he felt the same way. Makes me feel quite comfortable for our original booking which is two weeks away. Normally Heidi won’t use the bathroom anywhere expect at my house but Bridget was able to get her to go which was such a relief. She keeps Heidi entertained the entire time and always sends picture updates so I know how she’s doing. Bridget is a wonderful dog sitter.”

About: I love all animals and would take care of them as if they were another family member i am capable of being super attentive to older doggies as well I'm currently a stay at home dad and I watch my son and take care of my dog nibbler ,cat Karen ,hermit crab ham ,gecko Kevin and a few fish I have enough room for dogs and cats to relax in my house I take my dog out to potty in the backyard it's not fenced unfortunately
