Cienya was patient and kept us informed the whole time of how he was doing. He was a handful the first night and she dealt with it professionally and with care. She did a meet and greet first to make sure she was a fit just as much as we were with her and we couldn’t be happier! I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have Toby’s new person when we leave that we can trust our most beloved family member to! I highly recommend her!
